Claims (14)

  1. Oven, in particular roasting oven or baking oven, having a device for recording the temperature in the interior of a roasting item, baking item or the like, wherein the device has the following:
    - an electric bushing (16) which is attached to the oven,
    - an electric plug (14) which can be fastened and connected releasably in the bushing (16),
    - an elongated sensor (10) which can be inserted into the roasting item, and
    - an electric lead (12) which is connected between the sensor (10) and the plug (14),
    characterised in that the bushing (16) is arranged on the oven outside of a heated or heatable chamber (20).
  2. Oven according to claim 1, characterised in that the bushing (16) is attached next to an opening of the heated or heatable chamber (20).
  3. Oven according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the oven has a frame (22), to which the bushing (16) is attached.
  4. Oven according to claim 2, characterised in that the frame (22) at least partly encloses an opening (18) of the heated or heatable chamber.
  5. Oven according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the oven has a recess, bore or hole, shape which is provided to receive the bushing (15).
  6. Oven according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the oven has a processing device which is coupled to the bushing (16).
  7. Oven according to claim 6, characterised in that the processing device is provided for further processing temperature-dependent signals.
  8. Oven according to one of claims 1, 2, 4, 5 or 7, characterised in that a recorded temperature value is provided to control and/or regulate the temperature of the heated chamber (20).
  9. Oven according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the processing device has a temperature display device.
  10. Oven according to one of claims 6, 7 or 9, characterised in that the processing device has a control device and/or regulating device for setting the temperature in the heatable chamber.
  11. Oven according to one of claims 1 - 7, 9 or 10, characterised in that the plug (14) is designed as an elbow plug.
