Claims (4)

  1. Cover made from rods for roofs, walls or other similar building elements, comprising at least two carrier plates (11) on which one row each of rod receivers are provided disposed in lateral distances, wherein said rod receivers are shaped as one-sided open recesses (12) on one edge of one of said carrier plates (11) each, wherein the rods (13) are elastically deformable at right angles relative to the longitudinal direction thereof, and wherein said carrier plates (11) are formed and aligned so that said recesses are in alignment with said carrier plates (11) also immediately adjacent thereto,
    characterized in
    that said rods (13) are shaped as open hollow profiles slotted in longitudinal direction so that when being clipped into said recesses (12) of said carrier plates (11), they elastically deform and spring-expand in said recesses (12).

    that the hollow profile of said rods (13) up to a longitudinal slot (16) is substantially tubular-shaped and passes over into two spreading legs (14) having backwardly bent end sections (17).
