Abstract

The device has a tambour (28) with primary levers for a primary winding phase, and secondary levers (30) for a secondary winding phase. The secondary levers have a control device (38), and at least during a phase, in which they are moved into contact with the newly wound tambour, they are controlled by a pressure or force limiter element located between secondary levers and device. The element has a directly controlled pressure limitation valve (40), with a sealing cone (42), which is lifted off a seat (46) when the adjusting pressure has been achieved. The element serves as adjusting element for a hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder (36) loading the secondary levers.
