Claims (5)
- Stahlseil (10), das zur Verstärkung von Elastomerprodukten geeignet ist, wobei das Stahlseil ein Kernfilament (12) mit einem Kernfilamentdurchmesser und 3N Schichtfilamente (14, 16) aufweist, die in derselben Richtung und mit demselben Schritt um das Kernfilament herum gewunden sind, wobei N im Bereich von vier bis fünf liegt, wobei die 3N Schichtfilamente in einer Zwischenschicht (14) aus N Filamenten und in einer äußeren Schicht (16) aus 2N Filamenten angeordnet sind, wobei die Schichtfilamente in der Zwischenschicht einen Zwischenschichtdurchmesser aufweisen, wobei der Kernfilamentdurchmesser kleiner ist als der Zwischenschichtdurchmesser.
- Stahlseil (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei N gleich fünf ist.
- Stahlseil (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Durchmesser des Kernfilaments (12) größer ist als der Durchmesser einer Kreistangente zu jedem der Querschnitte der Zwischenschichtfilamente in dem Hohlraum, der frei bleibt, wenn ihre Querschnitte die höchste Packungsdichte haben.
- Stahlseil (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei alle 3N Schichtfilamente den gleichen Zwischenschichtdurchmesser aufweisen.
- Stahlseil (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die äußere Schicht aus 2N Filamenten N Filamente aufweist, die zu zwei Zwischenschichtfilamenten weisen und einen Durchmesser haben, der gleich dem Zwischenschichtdurchmesser ist, und N Filamente aufweist, die nur zu einem einzigen Zwischenschichtfilament weisen und einen Durchmesser haben, der kleiner ist als der Zwischenschichtdurchmesser.
