Claims (11)
- Dispositif de double articulation de porte d'une caisse d'un véhicule industriel, comprenant deux pièces de montage (1, 2) destinées au montage du dispositif respectivement sur la caisse et sur la porte et reliées entre elles par une biellette (3) ayant deux extrémités (33, 34), chaque pièce de montage (1, 2) étant reliée à la biellette (3) par une articulation (11, 21) disposée à une extrémité correspondante de la biellette, les articulations (11, 21) ayant des axes (12, 22) parallèles,
caractérisé en ce que la biellette (3) est formée par deux parties complémentaires (31, 32) assemblées le long d'un plan médian (M) perpendiculaire aux axes d'articulation (12, 22). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (31, 32) de la biellette (3) sont des pièces forgées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux parties complémentaires (31, 32) comprend une zone centrale (311, 321) et deux zones d'extrémités opposées (312, 313 ; 322, 323) et en ce que les deux parties complémentaires (31, 32) sont formées à au moins une de leurs deux extrémités de façon que la zone d'extrémité s'étende le long d'un plan parallèle au plan médian (M), la biellette (3) pouvant ainsi recevoir la pièce de montage (1 ou/et 2) correspondante entre les extrémités en regard des parties complémentaires (31, 32).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties complémentaires (31, 32) sont assemblées moyennant au moins un élément d'assemblage (4 ou/et 5) disposé à une distance de chacune des deux articulations (11, 21) du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties complémentaires (31, 32) ont dans leur zone centrale, sur les deux faces destinées à être mises en regard lors de l'assemblage de la biellette (3), des profils conjugués.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux parties complémentaires (31, 32) est pourvue, dans la zone centrale (311, 321), sur les faces destinées à être mises en regard, d'au moins une partie en saillie (314, 324) et d'au moins une partie en retrait (315, 325), les parties en saillie et les parties en retrait ayant des formes conjuguées.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les parties complémentaires (31, 32) sont pourvues de deux perçages (316, 318 ; 326, 328) dont les axes sont parallèles aux axes (11, 21) des articulations, les perçages étant destinés à recevoir les éléments d'assemblage (4, 5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux perçages (316, 318 ; 326, 328) se terminent, à la face extérieure de la partie correspondante (31, 32), sous la forme d'un évidement hexagonal (317, 327) destiné à recevoir la tête hexagonale d'un boulon inséré dans le perçage (316, 326) de l'une des deux parties complémentaires (31, 32) et traversant le perçage (328, 318) de l'autre partie respectivement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties complémentaires (31, 32) sont pourvues aux extrémités (33, 34) de la biellette (3) de paliers (35 à 38) destinés à recevoir, par emboítement, les axes (12, 22) des articulations.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les axes (12, 22) sont solidaires des pièces de montage (1, 2).
- Caisse d'un véhicule industriel comportant une porte basculante, caractérisée en ce que la porte est attachée à la caisse par au moins un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
