Cet appareil électronique destiné à faciliter une opération de commerce électronique, est pourvu d'un ordinateur hôte possédant un processeur, une mémoire et une interface de communication. Cet ordinateur hôte est programmé pour produire un état détaillé électronique renfermant une série d'articles de transaction en ligne. Ces derniers comportent des données d'acquisition consommateur. L'un au moins des articles de transaction en ligne comporte un lien hypertexte avec une page commerciale correspondant au site électronique du marchand en rapport avec l'article de transaction en ligne.
