Abstract

Hat sich ein Hörgeräteträger an den Klang eines Hörgeräts gewöhnt, so ist es für ihn schwierig auf ein neues Hörgerät umzusteigen, da dieses in der Regel einen andersartigen Klang besitzt. Daher sollen bei der Versorgung mit einem Zweitoder Folgegerät die Einstellungen des alten Hörgeräts durch einen rechnergesteuerten Vorgang erfasst (1) und bei der Anpassung des neuen Hörgeräts in einer Ersteinstellung berücksichtigt werden. Die Neueinstellung (3) ergibt sich dann aus den audiometrischen Messungen (4), den Daten des bisherigen Geräts und gegebenenfalls weiterer Daten (2, 5). Der Klang des neuen Geräts ist damit an das alte Gerät angenähert.
