Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Erfassung von Stimmabgaben mittels elektronischen Stimmabgabegeräten, bei dem von den Stimmabgabegeräten gesendete Abstimmdatensätze und zugehörige Identifikationsdatensätze auf einem zentralen Abstimmungsserver erfasst und ausgewertet werden. Erfindungsgemäß zeichnen sich das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dadurch aus, dass auf dem Abstimmungsserver Stimmrechtsdatensätze sowie damit verknüpfte Identifikationsdatensätze bereitgehalten werden, die von den Stimmabgabegeräten gesendeten Identifikationsdatensätze mit den auf dem Server bereitgehaltenen Identifikationsdatensätzen verglichen werden, in Abhängigkeit des Identifikationsdatensatzvergleichs einem Abstimmdatensatz ein bestimmter Stimmrechtsdatensatz zugeordnet wird, und die Abstimmdatensätze entsprechend den ihnen zugeordneten Stimmrechtsdatensätzen ausgewertet werden.
