- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation schématique d'un dispositif d'agitation selon un premier mode de réalisation, la cuve dans laquelle ce dispositif d'agitation est utilisé étant esquissée par des traits mixtes ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus schématique du dispositif d'agitation visible sur la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en élévation schématique d'un dispositif d'agitation selon un deuxième mode de réalisation ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en élévation schématique d'un dispositif d'agitation selon un troisième mode de réalisation ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne V-V de la figure 2 ; et
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne VI-VI de la figure 2.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour agiter un produit liquide, pâteux ou particulaire contenu dans une cuve (2) comportant une paroi latérale cylindrique (3), dispositif comprenant un arbre central (1) s'étendant coaxialement avec la paroi latérale de la cuve, un ensemble de pales équidistantes angulairement (4) prévu à l'extrémité inférieure de l'arbre central, et deux lames inclinées (5) s'étendant à proximité de la paroi latérale de la cuve, ces deux lames ayant une section rectangulaire et étant disposées symétriquement par rapport à l'arbre central, caractérisé en ce que les deux lames (5) sont uniformément vrillées de l'une à l'autre de leurs extrémités, les grands cotés de la section de leur partie terminale inférieure s'étendant radialement, tandis que les grands cotés de la section de leur partie terminale supérieure forment un angle aigu avec la direction de l'arbre central.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux lames (5) ont chacune une longueur représentant environ 10 à 50 % de la circonférence de la paroi latérale (3) de la cuve (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités inférieure et supérieure de chacune des lames (5) sont reliées par des première et deuxième tiges (6,7), respectivement à l'une des pales (4) et à l'arbre central (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie médiane de chacune des lames (5) est reliée à l'arbre central (1) par une troisième tige (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes tiges (7) s'étendent radialement et sont situées dans le prolongement l'une de l'autre, tout comme les troisièmes tiges (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un deuxième ensemble de pales (11) équidistantes angulairement, ce deuxième ensemble étant fixé sur l'arbre (1), approximativement à la hauteur des extrémités supérieures des deux lames (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de chacune des lames (5) est reliée à l'une des pales (4) du premier ensemble par une première tige (6), tandis que l'extrémité supérieure de chacune de ces lames est reliée à l'une des pales (11) du deuxième ensemble par une deuxième tige (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie médiane de chacune des lames (5) est reliée à l'arbre central (1) par une troisième tige (9), les troisièmes tiges s'étendant radialement et étant situées dans le prolongement l'une de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux autres lames (13) disposées symétriquement par rapport à l'arbre central (1) et ayant chacune une longueur représentant environ 10 à 50 % de la circonférence de la paroi latérale de la cuve, l'extrémité inférieure de ces autres lames (13) étant reliée à l'une des pales (11) du deuxième ensemble par une quatrième tige (14), tandis que l'extrémité supérieure de ces autres lames est reliée à l'arbre central (1) par une cinquième tige (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie médiane de chacune desdites autres lames (13) est reliée à l'arbre central (1) par une sixième tige (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les cinquièmes tiges (15) sont situées dans le prolongement l'une de l'autre, tout comme les sixièmes tiges (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les lames (13) ont une section rectangulaire et son vrillées de telle sorte que les grands côtés de la section de leur partie terminale inférieure s'étendent radialement, tandis que les grands côtés de la section de leur partie terminale supérieure forment un angle aigu avec la direction de l'arbre central.
