Abstract

Eine Garnabzugsdüse für Offenend-Rotorspinnvorrichtungen weist zum Umlenken eines abzuziehenden Garnes (14) eine aus keramischem Material bestehende gewölbte Kontaktfläche (19) auf, die von einer Stirnfläche (20) in einen Garnabzugskanal (16) übergeht. In die Kontaktfläche (19) sind im Wesentlichen radial zum Garnabzugskanal (16) verlaufende Kerben (22) eingeformt, deren Kerbenauslauf zum Garnabzugskanal hin in einen ungekerbten Teilbereich (24) der gewölbten Kontaktfläche (19) übergeht. Der Kerbenauslauf endet in einer Vertiefung (27). Vorzugsweise kann auch der dem Garnabzugskanal (16) abgewandte Kerbeneinlauf an einer Vertiefung beginnen. Die Vertiefung kann als Sackloch oder als zum Garnabzugskanal konzentrische Rille (29) ausgebildet sein. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass das abgezogene Garn (14) mit dem Kerbenauslauf und vorzugsweise auch mit dem Kerbeneinlauf in Kontakt kommt.
