Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to an inner to an inner attachment, and more particularly to an inner attachment for attaching to the inner portions of caps, hats, helmets, face guards or the like.
  • 2. Description of the prior Art
  • Typical caps, hats, helmets, face guards or the like are provided for attaching onto the heads of the users, such as for attaching onto the baseball players, the hitters, the football players, etc., and normally include an inner layer for directly engaging onto the heads of the users. However, the inner layers of the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like may not be easily disengaged from the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like, and thus may not be easily cleaned after use. Bad odors may thus be easily generated within the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like.
  • The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages of the conventional caps, hats, helmets, face guards or the like.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an inner attachment for attaching into the inner portion of the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like , and for being easily disengaged from the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like.
  • The other objective of the present invention is to provide an inner attachment for attaching into and for absorbing the bad odors and/or the humidities in the inner portion of the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like.
  • In accordance with one aspect of the invention, there is provided an inner attachment for caps, hats, helmets, face guards or the like, the inner attachment comprising a sleeve including a first layer and a second layer secured together for forming a chamber therein, means for attaching the sleeve to the caps, hats, helmets or the like, an insert received in the chamber of the sleeve, and including an absorbing member, an active member, and a herbal member disposed in the chamber of the sleeve for absorbing the bad odors and/or the humidities, and/or for killing the germs, that may be generated in the inner portion of the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like, and/or for facilitating the blood circulation or for good health of the users.
  • The absorbing member and the active member and the herbal member each includes a plurality of particles mixed in the chamber of the sleeve. Alternatively, the absorbing member and the active member and the herbal member each includes at least one layer provided and engaged in the chamber of the sleeve.
  • The attaching means includes at least one securing member disposed on the first layer of the sleeve for securing purposes.
  • Further objectives and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from a careful reading of a detailed description provided hereinbelow, with appropriate reference to accompanying drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an exploded view illustrating an inner attachment in accordance with the present invention to be attached to the inner portion of a helmet;
  • FIGS. 2, 3 are top plan views illustrating the other arrangements or embodiments of the inner attachment for attaching into the inner portion of the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like;
  • FIG. 4 is a partial cross sectional view taken along lines 4-4 of FIG. 1;
  • FIG. 5 is a partial cross sectional view similar to FIG. 4, illustrating the other arrangements or embodiments of the inner attachment; and
  • FIGS. 6, 7 are exploded views similar to FIG. 1, illustrating the attachment or the engagement of the inner attachment onto the hats or the caps or the like.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to the drawings, and initially to FIGS. 1-4, an inner attachment in accordance with the present invention comprises a sleeve 10 including a first or an upper or an outer layer 20 having one or more securing members 21, 22 provided thereon for attaching into the inner portion of the caps, the hats 60 (FIG. 6), the helmets 50, 70 (FIG. 1, 7), the face guards or the like.
  • For example, the outer layer 20 of the sleeve 10 may include one or more longitudinal securing members 21 and one or more lateral securing members 22 intersecting with each other for firmly attaching into the inner portion of the caps, the hats 60, the helmets 50, 70, the face guards or the like, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, 6 and 7.
  • The longitudinal and the lateral securing members 22 may be formed with the adhesive materials, or may be the hook-and-loop securing devices, or the like, for forming the attaching means or device and for allowing the inner attachment to be easily engaged onto and to be easily disengaged from the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like.
  • The sleeve 10 includes a second or a lower or an inner layer 40 spaced from the outer layer 20, for forming one or more spaces or chambers 41 therein (FIG. 4, 5), and for receiving an insert 30 therein.
  • The outer peripheral portions 43 of the outer and the inner layers 20, 40 may be secured together by stitches, adhesive materials, or by welding processes, for solidly retaining the insert 30 in the chamber 41 of the sleeve 10.
  • The inner layer 40 of the sleeve 10 is preferably made of air permeative or circulative materials, such as the woven or non-woven cloth materials, or the other synthetic materials, that allows the air or the humidity to permeate through the inner layer 40 and into the insert 30.
  • As shown in FIG. 4, the insert 30 includes one or more absorbing materials or members 31, one or more activator agents or active materials or members 32, and one or more medicinal or herbal materials or members 33 provided and engaged in the chamber 41 of the sleeve 10, for absorbing humidities, odors or the like, and/or for providing perfume to the hats or helmets, and/or for killing germs or the like.
  • For example, the absorbing materials or members 31 may be made of foamable or spongy materials, and provided mostly for absorbing the humidities or moisture or sweat, and the activator agents or active materials or members 32 may include the active carbon for absorbing the odor that may be generated within the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like.
  • The absorbing materials or members 31, the activator agents or active materials or members 32, and the medicinal or herbal materials or members 33 may be formed as particles (FIG. 4) and provided and engaged and mixed in the chamber 41 of the sleeve 10, for absorbing the bad odors and for killing the germs that may be generated within the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like.
  • Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the absorbing materials or members 31, the activator agents or active materials or members 32, and the medicinal or herbal materials or members 33 may be formed as layers and provided and engaged in the chamber 41 of the sleeve 10, for absorbing the bad odors and for killing the germs that may be generated within the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like.
  • The medicinal or herbal materials or members 33 may be made or formed with concentrated or chopped or ground herbal materials, particularly the medicinal herbal materials, which may be, not only for absorbing the bad odors and for killing the germs, but also for facilitating the blood circulation or for good health of the users.
  • The medicinal or herbal materials or members 33 may be selected from alum, angelica sinensis, atractylis, atractylis lancea var ovata formalyrata, atractylodes chinensis, borneol, camphor, mint, ligusticum acutilobum, paeonia albiflora var hortensis, peony, polygonum multiflorum, selinum japonicus, talc, etc.
  • Accordingly, the inner attachment in accordance with the present invention may be used for attaching onto or for being disengaged from the inner portion of the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like, and for absorbing the bad odors and/or the humidities, and/or for killing the germs, that may be generated in the inner portion of the caps, the hats, the helmets, the face guards or the like , and/or for facilitating the blood circulation or for good health of the users.
  • Although this invention has been described with a certain degree of particularity, it is to be understood that the present disclosure has been made by way of example only and that numerous changes in the detailed construction and the combination and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
