Definitions
- the present descriptive specification relates to an application for patent, relative to an improved shoe, concretely to an open shoe or a sandal, presenting in a context a configuration that reduces costs during the process of assembly, without neglecting at any moment the quality thereof, giving as a result a shoe glued and stitched by machine or by hand insofar as its constituent parts are concerned, standing on a platform or sole which, provided with a rim on its upper face allows the fixation by adhesive and stitching of the section of the shoe or of the constituent straps of the sandal, incorporating a replaceable insole joined to the surface of the platform in the areas corresponding to the toe and heel by means of adhesive tape, resulting in permitting the substitution of the insole in the event of deterioration.
- This invention has its application in the industry dedicated to shoe production.
- the improved shoe that the invention proposes is configured like a clear innovation within the specific field of application thereof, since based on a platform for footwear in the configuration of which a rim is included, the fixation is achieved by means of the section of the shoe of the material straps constituent of some sandals, presenting an insole replaceable with others similar when the first have deteriorated.
- the improved shoe object of the invention is constituted starting from a body manufactured in its elastomer constituent of the platform of the shoe itself which has a rim on the perimeter of its upper edge in its configuration, to which is joined by gluing and stitching by machine or by hand the body of the shoe itself, or the constituent straps of some sandals.
- a void is configured in which is which the incorporation takes place of an insole which, provided on its ends of the edge with the toe and heel, with adhesive straps or tapes, achieve in collaboration with similar elements fixed on the surface of the platform itself prevents said insole from rising when walking, the fixation of the insole which can be substituted by another similar in the event of deterioration thereof takes place.
- the insoles are the areas of the shoe that most effect suffer from the user's weight, as well as from perspiration and dust, being configured as the area that most deteriorates and consequently in accordance with the possibility of replacing the insole, the shoe independently of its configuration and constitution can be used for a substantially longer time by the user.
- the improved shoe (1) is incorporated starting from a platform (2) manufactured in an etastomer material, in the configuration of which is a rim (3) to which is joined the section (4) of the shoe, or some straps with the object of configuring some sandals or the like, it being possible to carry out the union between the body or section of the shoe and the shoe straps with the platform (2) and the rim (3) by means of gluing and stitching by machine or by hand.
Abstract
Improved shoe constituted starting from a body (2) manufactured in elastomer
material, on the upper surface of which and surrounding the body (2) the configuration
of which has a rim (3), a section (4) or straps constituent of a sandal is joined by gluing
and stitching by machine or by hand.
The constituent section of the body of the shoe is attached by means of stitches
or lines of stitching (5), and presents in the central area in coincidence with its ends of
the toe and heel edge, adhesive tapes or straps (14), on which is coupled an insole
(10) that has in coincidence with the lower area of its reverse formed by a laminar body
(12) and concretely on its ends adhesive tapes or straps (13) and (13') which are
coupled in the areas (14) and (14').
The insole (10) has on the upper part of the body (12), a lining (11).
Description
- On the part of the applicant, he has no knowledge of the existence at the present time of a shoe that offers the characteristics like that described in the present specification.
- The improved shoe that the invention proposes, is configured like a clear innovation within the specific field of application thereof, since based on a platform for footwear in the configuration of which a rim is included, the fixation is achieved by means of the section of the shoe of the material straps constituent of some sandals, presenting an insole replaceable with others similar when the first have deteriorated.
- More specifically, the improved shoe object of the invention is constituted starting from a body manufactured in its elastomer constituent of the platform of the shoe itself which has a rim on the perimeter of its upper edge in its configuration, to which is joined by gluing and stitching by machine or by hand the body of the shoe itself, or the constituent straps of some sandals.
- In the central area of the rim a void is configured in which is which the incorporation takes place of an insole which, provided on its ends of the edge with the toe and heel, with adhesive straps or tapes, achieve in collaboration with similar elements fixed on the surface of the platform itself prevents said insole from rising when walking, the fixation of the insole which can be substituted by another similar in the event of deterioration thereof takes place.
- It is to be pointed out that the insoles are the areas of the shoe that most effect suffer from the user's weight, as well as from perspiration and dust, being configured as the area that most deteriorates and consequently in accordance with the possibility of replacing the insole, the shoe independently of its configuration and constitution can be used for a substantially longer time by the user.
- To complete the description that is being made and with the object of assisting in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the present descriptive specification is accompanied by, as an integral part thereof, two sheets of drawings in which, by way of illustration and not restrictively, the following is shown:
-
Figure number 1. - It represents a plan view of the improved shoe object of the invention, without the incorporation of the replaceable insole. -
Figure number 2. - It corresponds to a plan view in plant by its back face or reverse of the insole that is incorporated on the shoe represented infigure number 1. -
Figure number 3. - It shows a view in duly sectioned side elevation of the object represented infigure number 2. -
Figure number 4. - It shows a view in duly sectioned side elevation of the object represented infigure number 1. -
Figure number 5. - It represents lastly a view in side elevation of the object shown in the previous figures coupled to each other. -
- In the light of these figures, it can be seen how the improved shoe (1) is incorporated starting from a platform (2) manufactured in an etastomer material, in the configuration of which is a rim (3) to which is joined the section (4) of the shoe, or some straps with the object of configuring some sandals or the like, it being possible to carry out the union between the body or section of the shoe and the shoe straps with the platform (2) and the rim (3) by means of gluing and stitching by machine or by hand.
- Once the previously mentioned elements are fixed, in the central area of the platform (2) there exists a recess or void in which are coupled on its ends of the toe and heel edge, elements of attachment (14) and (14') configured as adhesive or adherent tapes, on which will be fixed similar elements (13) and (13') fixed in the ends of the reverse of an insole (10) formed by a upper lamina (11) and a body (12), to which specifically are joined the adherent straps or tapes (13) and (13') with the object that on being placed in the internal area of the body (2) it is configured as a replaceable insole.
- It should be indicated that the line of stitching has been referred to with (5) in
figure number 1. - As a consequence of that previously stated, in the event of deterioration of the insole (10), this is extracted from the body (2) of the shoe (1), replacing it by another similar and allowing the shoe to be used again (1).
Claims (1)
