Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Störungsfrüherkennung bei einer mit einer Entlastungseinrichtung ausgestatteten Kreiselpumpe, wobei die Entlastungseinrichtung einen axialen Spalt und gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere radiale Spalte besitzt, über welche ein Entlastungsstrom geführt wird, wobei ferner ein die Entlastungseinrichtung im Sinne eines Abhebens von dem oder den radialen Spalten beaufschlagendes Federelement vorhanden ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, welche bei weitgehender Nutzung bereits vorhandener Elemente eine zuverlässige Aussage über sich anbahnende Störungen erbringen.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß während des Betriebes der Kreiselpumpe (24), ausgehend von der Pumpenkennlinie der Kreiselpumpe (24) und der Federkonstanten des Federelementes (10, 14), die Verformung des Federelementes (10, 14) gemessen und ein Rückschluß auf den aktuellen Betriebspunkt der Kreiselpumpe gezogen wird (Fig. 1).
