- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das registrierte Femur-Implantat (3) navigiert wird.
- Computerprogramm, welches, wenn es in einen Computer geladen wird oder auf einem Computer läuft, das Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche durchführt.
- Programmspeichermedium oder Computerprogrammprodukt mit dem Programm nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch.
- Vorrichtung zum Registrieren eines mit mindestens einem Marker (4a) verbundenen asymmetrischen Femur-Implantats (3) mit einer Erfassungsvorrichtung (7) zum Erfassen der räumlichen Lage des mindestens einen Markers (4a); einer Datenbank (9), in welcher die Geometrie des Femur-Implantats (3) gespeichert ist; und einer Recheneinheit (8), mit welcher die räumliche Lage des asymmetrischen Femur-Implantats (3) ermittelt werden kann.
- Femur-Implantat (3) mit mindestens einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (3c) für mindestens einen Marker (4a) oder einen Referenzstem (4).
- Femur-Implantat nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (3c) zum verdrehsicheren Anbringen des mindestens einen Markers (4a) oder Referenzstems (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Femur-Implantat nach einem der beiden vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Referenzbereich (5) zum Anlegen eines Zeigerinstruments (1).
- Femur-Implantat nach einem der drei vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Femur-Implantat (3) modular aufgebaut ist.
- System mit einem Femur-Implantat (3) nach einem der vier vorhergehenden Ansprüche und einem Zeigerinstrument (1) und/oder einem Referenzierungselement (6).
