Claims (11)

  1. Ein Verschlusselement (1; 100; 200; 300) für Gleiter (5; 104, 303), dazu geeignet, an den Enden (6; 105; 304) des Gleiters (5; 104, 303) angebracht zu werden und ein Dekorelement (2; 306) umfassend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement einen geformten Körper (3; 101; 201; 301) aufweist, der geeignet ist, über seine Verbindungsmittel (4; 102) mit einem der Enden (6; 105; 304) des Gleiters (5; 104, 303) verbunden zu werden und der außerdem geeignet ist, das Dekorelement (2; 306) zum Abdecken eines durch den Gleiter (5; 104, 303) gehaltenen Vorhangs (7) über wenigstens eine Strecke (L; L") der Länge des Gleiters (5; 104, 303) zu positionieren.
  2. Das Verschlusselement (1; 100; 200; 300) gemäß Patentanspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der geformte Körper (3; 101; 201; 301) aus einer gebogenen Platte (8; 202; 302) besteht, deren erstes Ende (10) am Dekorelement (2) befestigt ist und deren entgegengesetztes zweites Ende (11) mit dem Ende (6; 105; 304) des Gleiters (5; 104, 303) verbunden ist.
  3. Das Verschlusselement (1; 100) gemäß Patentanspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der geformte Körper (3; 101) mit Anschlagmitteln (15) versehen ist, die geeignet sind, das Gleiten des Vorhangs (7) am geformten Körper (3; 101) entlang außerhalb des Gleiters (5; 104) anzuhalten.
  4. Das Verschlusselement (1; 100) gemäß Patentanspruch 2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagmittel (15) aus wenigstens einer Auskragung (16, 17) bestehen, die geeignet ist, eine Strecke (T) zu definieren, die im Wesentlichen mit dem Abstand, den der Vorhang (7) an dem geformten Körper (3; 101) zurücklegen kann, übereinstimmt.
  5. Das Verschlusselement (100) gemäß Patentanspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (102) ein aus dem geformten Körper (101) herausgearbeitetes Innenelement (103) umfassen, das geeignet ist, gleitend in ein Loch innerhalb des Endes (105) des Gleiters (104) einzurasten.
  6. Das Verschlusselement (1; 200; 300) gemäß Patentanspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (4) einen mit dem geformten Körper (3; 201; 301) verbundenen Ring (12; 305) umfassen, der geeignet ist, außen am Ende (6; 105; 304) des Gleiters (5; 104; 303) durch Interferenz verbunden zu werden.
  7. Das Verschlusselement (1; 200; 300) gemäß Patentanspruch 6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (12; 305) und der geformte Körper (3; 201; 301) eine Einheit bilden.
  8. Das Verschlusselement (1; 200; 300) gemäß Patentanspruch 6) oder 7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (12; 305) mit Schrauben (13) am Gleiter (5; 303) befestigt ist.
  9. Das Verschlusselement (1; 100) gemäß Patentanspruch 2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gebogene Platte (8) U-förmig ist.
  10. Das Verschlusselement (200; 300) gemäß Patentanspruch 2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gebogene Platte (202; 302) L-förmig ist.
  11. Das Verschlusselement (1; 100; 200; 300) gemäß Patentanspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (2) aus einem unterschiedlich geformten Ornament (9) besteht, zum Beispiel könnte es ein Tier sein, eine Blume oder ein beliebiger Gegenstand wie eine Rosette, ein Speer oder eine Figur, die einen alten architektonischen Stil nachbildet.
