Description
le bouchon de contrôle du niveau d'huile 15 pouvant être retiré pour évacuer le surplus d'huile dans le carter 2 à travers le tube de trop plein d'huile 21 et le tube creux 11, et
le bouchon de vidange 16 pouvant être retiré pour libérer l'orifice 7 et évacuer toute l'huile contenue dans le carter 2 à travers l'orifice 7 et le tube de trop plein d'huile 21 vers l'extérieur du carter 2.
- La figure 1 est une vue schématique en coupe du dispositif de vidange et de mise à niveau d'huile de l'invention où les bouchons de vidange et de contrôle du niveau d'huile sont en position fermée selon un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif,
- La figure 2 est une vue semblable à celle de la figure 1 montrant le bouchon de contrôle du niveau d'huile retiré pour effectuer le contrôle du niveau d'huile dans le carter,
- La figure 3 est une vue semblable à celle de la figure 1 montrant le bouchon de vidange retiré pour effectuer la vidange de l'huile contenue dans le carter,

Claims (13)
- Dispositif de vidange et de mise à niveau d'huile contenue dans un carter de boíte de vitesses d'un véhicule automobile comprenant un bouchon de vidange (16) amoviblement fixé au carter (2) de la boíte de vitesses et un bouchon de contrôle (15,18) du niveau d'huile, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un tube de trop plein d'huile (21) solidairement fixé au carter (2) et s'étendant à l'intérieur de celui-ci jusqu'à une distance (C) du fond du carter (2) correspondant au niveau maximum d'huile requis, en ce que le bouchon de vidange (16) est constitué d'un tube creux (11) qui est amoviblement et concentriquement fixé dans le tube de trop plein d'huile (21) en faisant saillie dans une partie de celui-ci interne au carter (2) au moins jusqu'au bord supérieur d'au moins un orifice (7) réalisé à travers la paroi latérale du tube de trop plein d'huile (21) approximativement au niveau du fond du carter (2), de façon à boucher hermétiquement l'orifice (7), et en ce que le tube creux (11) est obturé à son extrémité libre externe au carter (2) par le bouchon de contrôle du niveau d'huile (15) amoviblement et concentriquement fixé au tube creux (11),
le bouchon de contrôle du niveau d'huile (15) pouvant être retiré pour évacuer le surplus d'huile dans le carter (2) à travers le tube de trop plein d'huile (21) et le tube creux (11), et
le bouchon de vidange (16) pouvant être retiré pour libérer l'orifice (7) et évacuer toute l'huile contenue dans le carter (2) à travers l'orifice (7) et le tube de trop plein d'huile (21) vers l'extérieur du carter (2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube de trop plein d'huile (21) est réalisé en deux pièces comprenant une douille (1) traversant le carter (2) et comportant l'orifice (7) sur sa partie interne au carter (2) et un tuyau de mise à niveau d'huile (10) fixé à la douille (1) en prolongement de celle-ci et s'étendant à l'intérieur du carter (2) jusqu'à une distance (C) du fond du carter (2) correspondant au niveau maximum d'huile requis.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la douille (1) comprend à son extrémité externe au carter (2) une collerette (3) en appui sur une partie plane circulaire (5) du carter (2), la collerette (3) comportant un méplat (4) en regard d'une paroi dressée (6) qui s'étend suivant une corde de la partie plane circulaire (5) pour permettre l'indexation de la douille (1) relativement au carter (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la douille (1) est fixée au carter (2) par emmanchement à force.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la douille (1) est fixée au carter (2) par collage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de mise à niveau d'huile (10) est souple.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la douille (1) comporte quatre orifices d'évacuation d'huile (7) de forme rectangulaire deux à deux diamétralement opposés s'étendant à partir de la face interne du fond du carter (2) vers l'intérieur du carter (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le tube creux (11) est fixé par vissage dans la douille (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube de trop plein d'huile (21) est réalisé en une seule pièce.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le tube de trop plein d'huile (21) est réalisé à base d'un matériau relativement souple.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que le tube de trop plein d'huile (21) est fixé au carter (2) par vissage de l'intérieur de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon de contrôle du niveau d'huile (15) est fixé par vissage dans le tube creux (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon de contrôle du niveau d'huile (15) est fixé de façon imperdable au tube creux (11).
