Description

B O D E N M A T E R I A L B O D E N M A T E R I A L
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Bodenmaterial. The present invention relates to soil material.
Natural soil material is known. However, this is not available everywhere in sufficient quantities or is carried away by erosion, washed away and / or leached out.
The object of the invention is to remedy this and to provide a soil material that is easy and inexpensive to produce and is fertile and well suited for the cultivation of plants.
This object is achieved with a material according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.
The essence of the invention is the knowledge that substances are obtained to a large extent, which may not be used alone, but in the combination specified here, as the floor material. These substances are a) treated harbor silt, b) treated manure and c) a suitable filling material.
Hafenschlickharbor sludge
Port silt is understood to mean generally sediments deposited in port basins, sediments along or near sea routes, sediments at river mouths or the like. Port silt is generally contaminated with toxic organotin compounds. Treatments such as conventional, unloaded harbor dredging material such as relocating, harrowing, dumping, flushing or the like are ruled out in view of the ecotoxicity. A decontamination process was therefore developed to permanently solve the problems mentioned - cf. WO 01/16032. With this method, safe, quick and inexpensive detoxification of port silt, in particular of port silt contaminated with organotin compounds, can be carried out by means of electroflotation. The port silt then no longer poses an environmental risk. Detoxified harbor silt is a very firm and heavy sticky bottom with a small grain. Because of its high clay content, it is no longer carried away by the wind. In addition, the soil has a very high ability to store water.
HafenschlickbehandlungHarbor sludge treatment
The toxic tributhyltin is cleaved by oxidation processes by means of radical oxygen generated in the reaction cell and converted into non-toxic organic compounds. This also applies to other organotin compounds and other poisons. Heavy metals and other COD / BOD relevant substances are also oxidized. At the same time, the water-solid mixture is flocculated and can be separated.
The port silt is detoxified in a cost-effective, simple way and a firm sticky bottom is created. This is a new raw material that is not subject to the usual waste regulations. The filtrate shows very low values for the oxygen requirement after the treatment. The remaining solution is free of TBT and heavy metals and has significantly reduced AOX, TOC and mineral oil KW values. The disposal problem has been solved, and disposal via hazardous waste landfills is no longer necessary.
The flake is pumped into a filter press or sludge press and further dewatered. The clear water is free from pollutants, is no longer harmful to the environment and can be discharged into the harbor basin without any further treatment or treatment.
Liquid manure is a natural fertilizer that is easy to apply after treatment.
The cattle or pig manure is thickened with separators so that all good fertilizing properties are retained. The remaining water is treated so that it can be reused.
In the first step, the manure is treated using centrifuges or screw presses. The solid obtained in this way can be used further. The original manure is separated into solids and liquid. Heavy metals and other COD / BOD relevant substances are oxidized (see WO 01/17912). A solid manure is created. The dried solid is rich in nitrate and phosphate and therefore has good fertilizing properties.
It is mixed with harbor silt and structural material (see below) and results in the new floor. The separated water is ready for further use. The process water is no longer subject to the slurry regulation, is free of contaminants and can be fed into the public sewer network without any further treatment or treatment.
The flake is pumped into a filter press and further dewatered. According to an analysis by RWTH Aachen, the solid is classified as manure.
Dez. 1999 (BGB.I.I S2451)"."The materials examined by us are manure in the sense of Section 1, Paragraph 2, Fertilizer Act of Nov. 15, 1977 (BGB. I S. 2134, last amended by the Act amending the Fertilizer Act of Dec. 17th 1999 (BGB.II S2451) ".
The flocculated wastewater is usually filtered in centrifuges or chamber filter presses. Here there is a separation of water / filtrate.
As a rule, the filter cake has a water content of 60% to 40% in the minimum case.
The carrier material serves to improve the grain of the soil. This means that the soil is better aerated and has better properties for growing plants. Harbor silt and manure alone are unusable as soil because they have an insufficient grain size distribution. A floor consisting only of these components would be too solid. The use of too much liquid manure can also lead to over-fertilization.
Treated harbor silt and treated manure are mixed with different materials as required. This carrier material can be of different types. Sand, sandy or otherwise sterile soil material are conceivable. This can be taken directly on site, where barren land is transformed into fertile farmland or lawns.
However, the following values can be assumed on average. In individual cases, these can deviate by up to 30%:
Hafenschlick : Gülle : Trägermaterial 1 : 1 : 2 Port silt: liquid manure: carrier material 1: 1: 2
