Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de protection opérant par induction à distance de sensations déstabilisantes. Elle est notamment destinée à occasionner des sensations cutanées perturbantes à des être vivants, individus ou animaux, de façon à les dissuader d'accomplir une action interdite ou dangereuse.
Ce procédé met en oeuvre une émission laser continue ou pulsée émettant un faisceau dont la longueur d'onde est absorbée par les molécules d'eau contenues dans les cellules de l'épiderme
La longueur d'onde de l'émission laser mise en oeuvre se situe autour de 2µm longueur d'onde qui correspond à une plage de longueurs d'ondes pour laquelle la cornée de l'oeil est fortement absorbante et constitue ainsi une protection de l'oeil.
L'invention permet notamment de distraire l'attention des individus dont on veut se protéger et de contrarier leurs actions dangereuses ou malveillantes sur des personnes ou des biens.
Son action étant du domaine de la sensation, l'invention n'induit aucun dommage sur les individus auxquels elle est appliquée.
