Abstract
Anlage zum Trocknen und Aufbereiten von rieselfähigem mineralischem Gut mit einer Verbrennungseinrichtung (2), deren Rauchgase im Gleichstrom mit zu behandelndem Gut in eine drehend angetriebene Drehtrommel (1) eingeführt werden. Die Drehtrommel (1 ) ist in Förderrichtung geneigt, weist am Innenumfang Einbauten (3, 4, 5) auf und ist am deren Auslaßende dicht an einen Schacht (6) angeschlossen. Die Einbauten im vorderen Einführungsbereich sind Transportschaufeln (3). Der Schacht (6) ist mittels eines Ventilators (7) unter Unterdruck gesetzt und zur Übernahme des aus der Drehtrommel (1) austretenden Gutes und Gasstroms eingerichtet. In der Drehtrommel (1) ist vor dem Auslaß ein Venturieinbau (8) koaxial und im Einführungsbereich ein Bypass (9) für Förderluft im Trommelmantel angeordnet. The rotary drum (1) is inclined in the conveying direction, has internals (3, 4, 5) on the inner circumference and is tightly connected to a shaft (6) at its outlet end. The fixtures in the front entry area are transport blades (3). The shaft (6) is pressurized by means of a fan (7) and set up to take over the goods and gas stream emerging from the rotary drum (1). A venturi installation (8) is arranged coaxially in front of the outlet in the rotating drum (1) and a bypass (9) for conveying air in the drum casing is arranged in the insertion area.
