Abstract
Description
gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 und 20.The invention relates to the field of signal transformer technology. It starts from

933 A angegeben.
Signal transformers are used today in a variety of power electronics circuits,

Problematic with a signal transformer according to
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a signal transformer in which
a signal on the transformer input side is transmitted as a plurality of output signals
can, which is still particularly space-saving, is characterized by high availability
and is also simple, inexpensive and easy to maintain. Furthermore is
to specify a method which enables particularly efficient operation of such a signal transformer
allows. These tasks are characterized by the features of
The signal transformer according to the invention has a primary leg and a first leg Secondary leg, wherein a primary winding is provided which the primary leg at least partially encloses, and further a secondary winding is provided, which at least partially encloses the first secondary leg. In addition, the primary leg connected to the first secondary leg. According to the invention, 2n + 1 are additional Secondary legs are provided, where n = 0, 1, 2, 3, ... and the additional secondary legs are connected to the primary leg and the first secondary leg. For the additional secondary leg as well as for the first secondary leg is at least in each case a secondary winding is provided, the secondary winding the respective Secondary leg at least partially encloses. In addition, for each secondary leg a control winding is provided which at least the respective secondary leg partially encloses. The fact that 2n + 1 additional secondary legs, i.e. an odd Number of additional secondary legs is provided and for the additional secondary legs and for the first secondary leg at least one secondary winding each is provided, a primary winding signal fed into the primary winding can advantageously be provided to all secondary windings, so that at each output a secondary winding signal is applied to the secondary windings. A transfer of a single primary winding signal as several, i.e. as one of the number of secondary windings corresponding number of secondary winding signals is particularly easy. Accordingly, there is only a single signal transformer for transmitting a primary winding signal necessary as a plurality of secondary winding signals, which advantageously a simple and inexpensive signal transformer with a small space and material requirement can be achieved.
By feeding a control signal into that provided for each secondary leg Control winding can also be the secondary winding signal of the corresponding secondary leg selectively switch on or off so that, for example, maintenance work can be this secondary leg can be carried out without the operation of the signal transformer to have to interrupt. This can be a very easy to maintain and can be realized by a high availability marked signal transformer.
In the method according to the invention for operating the signal transformer, feeding is carried out a primary flow of the primary winding signal into the primary winding in the primary leg generated. The main flow of the primary leg continues to be divided into partial flows on the secondary leg on both sides of the primary leg, the number of partial flows on one Primary leg side corresponds to the number of secondary legs on this side. Further According to the invention, the control signal is fed into at least one control winding in such a way that that a control flow is generated in the associated secondary leg, by means of of the control flow that on the associated secondary winding of the corresponding secondary leg applied secondary winding signal is influenced. Influencing the Secondary winding signal is caused by the control flow, which is the partial flow of the corresponding secondary leg influenced, in particular reduced, compensated or strengthened. In the case of an exemplary compensation of the partial flow by generating a control flow, which counteracts the partial flow is not due to the associated secondary winding Secondary winding signal on, so that it is switched off. Due to the possibility of almost any influence on the corresponding secondary winding signal by the Control flow, the signal transformer can be operated particularly efficiently.
The signal transformer according to the invention is particularly advantageously used in a Driver circuit for at least one controllable power semiconductor switch. According to the invention such a driver circuit has the signal transformer according to the invention , the driver circuit also comprising a signal function generator and the signal transformer according to the invention preferably between this signal function generator and the at least one controllable power semiconductor switch turned on is. A large number of the controllable power semiconductor switches mentioned above, which advantageously each with a secondary winding of the signal transformer are connected to be controlled by only a single signal transformer.
This is due to the use of the signal transformer according to the invention in the driver circuit a particularly space-saving, simple, inexpensive and easy to maintain Driver circuit achievable, which is also characterized by high availability.

The reference symbols used in the drawing and their meaning are in the list of reference symbols summarized listed. Basically, the same parts are in the figures provided with the same reference numerals. The described embodiment is exemplary for the subject of the invention and has no restrictive effect.
4, 5 ebenfalls zumindest teilweise umschliesst.
erreicht werden kann.1 shows an embodiment of a signal transformer according to the invention. The signal transformer according to the invention has a
By feeding a control signal S St into the control winding 3 provided for each
reduzierten Platzbedarf erreicht.1 is the number of secondary legs in the signal transformer according to the
The primary winding 2,
Signaltransformator Anwendung findet. In a preferred first embodiment of the secondary winding 6, in particular for

Signaltransformator Anwendung findet.4 also shows a first embodiment of a multilayer printed
der Mehrschichtleiterplatte gemäss Fig. 5.In a second embodiment of a multilayer printed
In a third embodiment of a multilayer printed
It goes without saying that the signal transformer according to the invention is not based on realizations
with the combinations of the embodiments of the primary windings described above

Overall, the signal transformer according to the invention provides a particularly space-saving, simple, inexpensive and maintenance-friendly solution, which is also a high standard availability.
6 kein Sekundärwicklungssignal SS an. Das Sekundärwicklungssignal SS wäre
dann in diesem Beispiel ausgeschaltet.
In the method according to the invention for operating the signal transformer, a main flux Φ H is generated by feeding the primary winding signal S P into the primary winding 2 in the
In the method according to the invention, the secondary winding signal S S is preferably switched on or off by the control flow. The secondary winding signal S S is switched off in the manner described above. On the other hand, the secondary winding signal S S is switched on, for example, in that no control signal S St is applied to the corresponding control winding 3 and thus no control flow is generated which compensates the corresponding partial flow Φ T1 , Φ T2 , Φ T3 , ...
vorstehend genannten ansteuerbaren Leistungshalbleiterschalter, welche vorteilhaft jeweils
The signal transformer according to the invention is particularly advantageously used in a driver circuit for at least one controllable power semiconductor switch, in particular for a bipolar transistor with an isolated control electrode, switch-off thyristor, such as GTO or IGCT, and / or for a power MOSFET. According to the invention, such a driver circuit has a signal transformer as described above. The driver circuit further comprises a signal function generator, the signal transformer according to the invention preferably being connected between this signal function generator and the at least one controllable power semiconductor switch. Because at least one secondary winding 6 is provided for each of the additional
If several controllable power semiconductor switches are to be switched on or off essentially simultaneously, as is usually required for series connections of power semiconductor switches, then the embodiment of the signal transformer according to the invention with a number of
