  • the multi-pack machine comprises a conveyor or conveyor belt which feeds the containers in an upright position into an accumulation station 22.
  • a phasing area 23 Downstream of the accumulation station a phasing area 23 is provided, where the containers are evenly divided into groups by special phasing means according to the desired configuration (for example, 2x2).
  • suction or other gripping means pick sequentially from the magazine 21 the individual precut blanks 1 and place them above the groups of containers 30, so that the apertures/holes 5 coincide with the upper part 31 of the containers 30.
  • a pressure system for example a perforated contrast plate constrained to a cam or to an upper catenary, pushes the precut blank downwards, causing coupling thereof with the group of containers beneath, which will be gripped and retained by the teeth 6.
  • the stages of folding of the side panel 11 and of the top cover 14 will take place. Then, the glue will be applied to the top inside panel 15. Subsequently the pack will pass in a pressure station wherein the top outside panel 14 is pressed to ensure the glue sticks. After the pressure station the final pack will be discharged, possibly to be sent to other machines, such as tray fillers, shrink wrapping machines, etc., for final storage.

Claims (8)

  1. Prédécoupé (1) pour le conditionnement de récipients (30), placés en rangs côte à côte et pourvus d'un bouchon ou d'un bord supérieur (32) sortant en saillie dans le sens radial comprenant :
    un panneau inférieur central (2) pourvu d'ouvertures côte à côte (5) dont le nombre est équivalent à celui des récipients (30), de sorte que la partie supérieure des récipients peut s'engager dans lesdites ouvertures (5) ;
    un premier et un deuxième panneau latéral (10, 11) reliés au panneau inférieur central (2) par des lignes de pliage respectives (3, 4) ;
    un panneau de couverture ou extérieur de dessus (14) relié au deuxième panneau latéral (11) par une ligne de pliage (12), et
    un panneau collant ou intérieur de dessus (15) relié au premier panneau latéral (10) par une ligne de pliage (13), ledit panneau intérieur de dessus (15) ayant une dimension plus petite que celle du panneau de couverture (14) et étant conçu pour accueillir une couche de colle dans le but de se fixer sur ledit panneau de couverture (14),
    où un panneau intermédiaire ou d'extrémité (17), conçu pour être placé entre deux rangs côte à côte de récipients, est relié audit panneau intérieur de dessus (15) par une ligne de pliage (16),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le long de ladite ligne de pliage (16) placée entre ledit panneau intérieur de dessus (15) et ledit panneau intermédiaire (17), des languettes ou ailettes (19) sont formées, obtenues au moyen de découpes préformées (18) conçues pour s'engager au-dessous du bord supérieur sortant en saillie (32) des récipients opposés desdits rangs côte à côte.
  2. Prédécoupé (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit panneau intermédiaire (17) est conçu pour être placé substantiellement entre ledit panneau de couverture de dessus (14) et ledit panneau inférieur central (2) pour agir comme une côte intermédiaire et pour assurer une meilleure rigidité du paquet.
  3. Prédécoupé (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites languettes (19) ont substantiellement une forme rectangulaire ou trapézoïdale, chacune desdites languettes (19) étant obtenue au moyen de découpes (18) et d'une ligne de pliage (20) placées sur le panneau intermédiaire (17) et substantiellement parallèles à la ligne de pliage (16) qui relie le panneau intermédiaire (17) au panneau intérieur de dessus (15), de sorte que les lignes de pliage (20) desdites languettes (19) butent au-dessous du bord supérieur (32) des récipients d'un rang et les extrémités libres desdites languettes (19) butent au-dessous du bord supérieur (32) des récipients du rang opposé.
  4. Prédécoupé (1) selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées, caractérisé en ce que sur le panneau inférieur central (2), se trouve autour desdites ouvertures (5) une pluralité de dents de retenue (6, 9) qui se mettent en prise au-dessous du bord supérieur sortant en saillie (32) desdits récipients.
  5. Prédécoupé (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines dents de retenue (6) ont une forme substantiellement triangulaire et sont définies par des coupes radiales (7) et des lignes de pliage transversales (8) placées tangentiellement à une course de circonférence autour desdites ouvertures (5).
  6. Prédécoupé (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des dents de retenue rectangulaires (9) placées sur les ouvertures côte à côte (5) d'un rang et orientées vers la partie médiane dudit panneau inférieur central (2), où l'extrémité libre desdites dents de retenue rectangulaires (9) est en mesure de soutenir l'extrémité libre desdites languettes (19).
  7. Paquet de récipients alignés en au moins deux rangs, comprenant un prédécoupé selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées.
  8. Procédure de conditionnement de récipients dans un prédécoupé (1) selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées allant de 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend les étapes suivantes :
    alimentation des prédécoupés (1) dans une machine pour le conditionnement de plusieurs paquets;
    alimentation des récipients (30) dans ladite machine pour le conditionnement de plusieurs paquets et mise en phase des récipients en groupes placés sur des rangs parallèles ;
    prélèvement d'un prédécoupé (1) et placement du panneau central (2) du prédécoupé sur la partie de dessus (31) d'un groupe de récipients (30),
    abaissement du panneau central (2) du prédécoupé de sorte que les parties supérieures des récipients s'engagent dans les ouvertures (5) du panneau central (2) du prédécoupé,
    pliage du premier panneau latéral (10), du panneau intérieur de dessus (15) et du panneau intermédiaire (17) de sorte que le panneau intermédiaire (17) est placé entre deux rangs de récipients (30),
    pliage des languettes de retenue (19) s'engageant au-dessous des bords supérieurs sortant en saillie (32) desdits récipients (30), et
    pliage du deuxième panneau latéral (11) et du panneau de couverture de dessus (14) et encollage du panneau intérieur de dessus (15) sur le panneau de couverture de dessus (14).
