    • la gestion des tests périodiques relatifs au bon fonctionnement de l'installation terminale ;
  2. b) à effectuer, au niveau du poste national de télésurveillance :
    • la réception des seuls messages à traiter en provenance des postes régionaux ;
    • le déclenchement direct des diverses actions à mettre en oeuvre ;
    • la lecture des diverses consignes et informations contenues dans chaque poste régional ;
    • une surveillance des divers postes régionaux ;
    • le transfert, dans les archives des postes régionaux, du compte rendu des actions mises en oeuvre.

    c) of a national central remote monitoring station (PCN) located in said centre grouping together, via the national public telephone network, the regional stations (PCR) belonging to a given national territory and comprising a central unit (UN) associated with visualisation (EN), key-entry and control (CN) and telecommunication (MN) units;
    said method consisting in carrying out:
    a) at the level of each regional station (PCR), autonomous, not requiring any personnel allocated to the monitoring:

    - the key entry and the recording of action instructions proper to each dwelling to monitor and the references of the interveners;

    - the reception of the single messages to be treated coming from the regional stations (PCR);
    - the direct triggering of diverse actions to be implemented;
    - the reading of the diverse instructions and information contained in each regional station (PCR);
    - a monitoring of the diverse regional stations (PCR);
    - the transfer, into the archives of the regional stations (PCR), of the report of the actions implemented.
  2. System for shared remote monitoring of a network of diverse premises distributed over a given national territory by means:
    a) of alarm terminals (TA) arranged in said premises and each comprising detectors (DE), an electronic power unit (CE), a buzzer (AV), and a digital transmitter (TD) intended to dial the telephone number of the remote monitoring centre;

    - a monitoring of the diverse regional stations (PCR);
    - the transfer, into the archives of the regional stations (PCR), of the report of the actions implemented.
  3. System of remote monitoring, set forth in claim 2, wherein the central units (UR) and (UN) are those of computers, in that the visualisation (ER) and (EN) and key-entry (CR) and (CN) units are the screen and the keyboards associated with the central units (UR) and (UN) of said computers and in that the telecommunication (MR) and (MN) units are "modems".
