Description

The present invention relates to a secure system for bagging sealable deposit of objects.

More particularly, the objects themselves may be value collection bags such as banknotes, coins, etc.

Such systems have been developed to ensure the safe collection of objects for example in supermarkets or in vehicles and they are then placed in security enclosures that are in the form of chests, armored cabinets or other.

The document GB-A-2,352,006 discloses such a system which comprises a fixing structure in the enclosure, provided with means for receiving the sealable bag movable between a first bag holding position in the open position under a passage of the objects provided in the fixing structure and a second position of release of the bag relative to the fastening structure to allow its removal and replacement.

The fastening structure comprises a first frame slidably mounted relative to a second frame, itself slidably mounted in the fastening structure.

The first frame comprises a front crossbar associated with a handle and a rear crossmember provided with means for attaching a first edge of the bag, the second frame being provided with a front crossmember provided with means for attaching a second edge of the bag opposite to the first, the facing edges of the bag having complementary sealing means by contact.

The first frame is then slidably movable relative to the second frame between a first position in which the rear crossmember of the first frame is moved away from the front cross member of the second frame to keep the bag open facing the light passage of the objects arranged. in the fastening structure and a second position in which the rear crossmember of the first frame is pressed against the front cross member of the second frame, to bring the facing edges of the bag into contact with one another to seal. of the bag.

We have indeed represented in these figures and in particular on the figure 1 , a secure system for bagging sealable deposit of objects, such as values, consisting of banknotes or the like, placed in collection bags.

The secure system is designated by the general reference 1 in these figures, while the sealable deposit bag is designated by the general reference 2.

This system is adapted to be received in a security enclosure designated by the general reference 3 in these figures, this security enclosure being for example in the form of an armored cabinet, a chest or other, which is simply schematized by mixed lines on the figure 1 .

This secure system comprises a fastening structure designated by the general reference 4 which, as illustrated, is in the form of a one-piece piece of generally U-shaped cross-section, provided on its lateral edges, for example 5 and 6 , fastening means by clamping between the side walls of the safety enclosure, these side walls being designated by the general references 7 and 8 respectively.

In fact, the fastening means by clamping the fastening structure in the security enclosure may include screws engaged in tapped holes of the support structure and adapted to come into abutment when clamped against the side walls of the housing. security enclosure.

As illustrated, at least some of the threaded holes are formed in ears of the fastening structure.

In the example illustrated in these figures, tightening screws respectively 9, 10, 11 and 12 are provided in the four corners of the upper part of the fastening structure 4 and are engaged in tapped holes of ears, respectively 13 , 14,15 and 16 of this structure.

Of course, other arrangements of these screws can be envisaged, as well as means other than screws.

It is then conceivable that such a structure is extremely simple to set up in the enclosure, insofar as it is sufficient to position it in this chamber and to tighten the screws against the side walls of this enclosure to ensure the blocking in position of the fastening structure and therefore of the system, by simply clamping in position.

The fixing structure comprises means for receiving the sealable deposit bag 2, these means being designated by the general reference 17 in these figures.

These receiving means are, as will be described in more detail below, movable between a first position for holding the bag in the open position in a passageway of objects, formed in the fixing structure and a second release position of the bag relative to the fastening structure to allow its removal and replacement.

In fact, these receiving means 17 comprise several parts that are movable relative to each other and with respect to the fastening structure between a holding position of the bag in the open position under a light 18 of the fastening structure 4, a intermediate sealing position of the bag by bringing the two opposite facing edges thereof, provided with contact sealing means, in contact with each other and a release position in which the deposit bag once sealed , is protruding from the fastening structure to allow an operator to have access to it to ensure its removal and replacement.

So, and as illustrated on the figures 3 and 4 this fixing structure 4 comprises a first frame designated by the general reference 20 carried and mounted slidably movable relative to a second frame 21 itself carried and mounted slidably movable relative to the fixing structure 4.

The first frame 20 comprises a front cross member associated with an operating handle 22, and a rear crossmember 23 provided with attachment means of a first edge of the bag 2.

This first frame 20 is slidably movable relative to the second frame 21 by means of rolling rails designated by the general reference 24 interposed between these frames.

The second frame 21 comprises meanwhile a front cross member 25 provided with attachment means of a second edge of the bag 2 opposite the first and a rear cross member designated by the general reference 26.

This second frame 21 is also slidably mounted in the fastening structure 4 by means of rolling slides designated by the general reference 27.

As this is also visible more clearly on the figure 4 each hooking means of the bag provided on the corresponding crosspieces of the frames, comprises a hooking stud, for example 28 protruding from the face of the crosspiece opposite that opposite the corresponding edge of the bag and associated with a light of passage for example 29 of an eyelet attachment of the bag on this stud, such eyelet being for example designated by the general reference 30.

Several sets of this type are provided on the bag and cross frames.

It will be noted that there are also means for controlling the relative displacements of the first frame 20 relative to the second frame 21 and the second frame 21 relative to the fixing structure 4, to allow the displacement of the first frame relative to the second frame. frame before moving the second frame relative to the fastening structure, so as will be described in more detail later, to ensure sealing of the bag before its release from the fastening structure.

It will also be noted that the means for controlling the movements of the first frame 20 relative to the second frame 21 may comprise additional detachable magnetic means provided on the facing faces of the rear crosspieces of this first and second frames.

This is for example illustrated on the figure 4 , where it can be seen that the rear crossmember 26 of the second frame 21 comprises at least one magnet designated by the general reference 31 in this figure, adapted to maintain disengageably, the first frame in position therein.

The means for controlling the movements of the second frame 21 relative to the fixing structure 4 comprise ratchet means designated by the general reference 32 on this figure 4 , presenting any suitable structure.

This then makes it possible to ensure the displacement in a first step of the first frame relative to the second, and in a second step of the second frame relative to the fixing structure.

The operation of this system will now be explained by taking as a starting position that illustrated on the figures 1 and 2 , in which the frames are both in their first position to hold the bag 2 in the open position under the light 18 of the fastening structure 4 to collect the objects.

This light 18 can conventionally be connected to any device for transferring these objects, such as for example pneumatic networks, etc.

When the bag 2 is to be replaced, an operator grasps the handle 22 and pulls it to move the first frame 20 from its first illustrated position to the figures 1 and 2 , to its second position, illustrated on the figure 3 , which has the effect of bringing the rear crossmember 23 of this first frame 20, against the front crossmember 25 of the second frame 21.

The edges facing the bag 2 are then pressed against each other, which makes it possible to seal the bag insofar as the facing edges of this bag are provided with contact sealing means, formed, for example, by means of gluing means or the like.

This bag sealing operation is performed in the fastening structure 4, which prevents access to the interior of the bag and ensures the safety of the operation.

This movement of the first frame relative to the second, is by disengagement of the magnetic means 31, the ratchet means 32 retaining the second frame in the fastening structure until the operator continues its traction on the handle 22, this which has the effect of releasing these ratchet means to allow a displacement of the second frame from its first position in the fastening structure to its second position, illustrated in FIG. figure 4 , in which the second frame allows to release the first frame and thus the bag of the fastening structure, to allow the operator to have access to the attachment means of the bag on the frames of the frames.

It is then conceivable that the operator can unhook the corresponding eyelets of the bag, the nipples of the cross members of the frames, in order to release the bag and release it for replacement.

Once a new bag in place, the operator then only has to push the handle 22 to replace the first and second frames in position in the fastening structure 4, the bag then being placed as illustrated on the figures 1 and 2 , in open position under the light 18 of this fastening structure.

It is conceivable that such a structure has a number of advantages over the structures of the state of the art.

Indeed, the establishment of the fastening structure in the security enclosure is extremely simple and the operation of the frames relative to each other and with respect to the fastening structure, is also facilitated through the use of rolling rails.

Claims (6)

1. Secured system for bagging objects in sealable security bags, suitable for being received in a security enclosure (3) comprising side walls (7, 8), said system comprising a fixing structure (4) in the enclosure, provided with means (17) for receiving the sealable bag (2) that can be displaced between a first position of holding the bag in an open position under an opening (18) for the passage of the objects, formed in the fixing structure (4), and a second position of disengagement of the sealed bag relative to the fixing structure to allow it to be removed and replaced, the means (17) for receiving the bag being provided with a first frame (20) and a second frame (21), the first frame (20) being mounted to slide relative to the second frame (21), characterised in that:

   - the fixing structure (4) takes the form of a single-piece part of generally inverted U-shaped section, and the fixing structure (4) is provided on its lateral edges (5, 6) with means (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) for fixing by tightening between the side walls (7, 8) of the security enclosure (3),

   - the second frame (21) is mounted to slide in the fixing structure (4),

   - roller bearing runners (24) are interposed between the first (20) and the second (21) frames,

   - roller bearing runners (27) are interposed between the second frame (21) and the fixing structure (4),

   - the first frame (20) comprises a front crossmember associated with a manoeuvring handle (22) and a rear crossmember (23) provided with means for attaching a first edge of the bag (2),

   - the second frame (21) is provided with a front crossmember (25) provided with means for attaching a second edge of the bag (2) opposite the first,

   - the facing edges of the security bag (2) comprise complementary contact sealing means,

   - the first frame (20) is mounted to be displaceable by sliding relative to the second frame (21) between a first position in which the rear crossmember (23) of the first frame (20) is separated from the front crossmember (25) of the second frame (21) to hold the bag open facing the opening (18) for the passage of the objects formed in the fixing structure (4) and a second position in which the rear crossmember (23) of the first frame (20) is pressed against the front crossmember (25) of the second frame (21) to bring the facing edges of the bag into contact with one another in order to effect sealing of the bag,

   - the second frame (21) is mounted to be displaceable by sliding in the fixing structure (4) between a first position of holding of the security bag in the fixing structure (4) and a second position in which the first frame (20) protrudes relative to the fixing structure (4) to allow it to be removed and replaced, and

   - the system comprises means (31, 32) for controlling the relative displacements of the first frame (20) relative to the second frame (21) and of the second frame (21) relative to the fixing structure (4), to allow the displacement of the first frame relative to the second frame before the displacement of the second frame relative to the fixing structure, in order to effect sealing of the bag before its disengagement from the fixing structure.

System according to claim 1, characterised in that the means for controlling the displacements of the first frame (20) relative to the second frame (21) comprise complementary decouplable magnetic means (31), provided on the facing faces of the rear crossmembers (23, 26) of the first and second frames, whereas the means for controlling the displacements of the second frame (21) relative to the fixing structure (4) comprise ratchet means (32).

System according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that each bag attachment means provided on the corresponding crossmembers of the frames comprises an attachment dog point (28) protruding on the face of the crossmember opposite to that facing the corresponding edge of the bag (2) and associated with an opening (29) for the passage of an eyelet (30) for attaching the bag to this dog point (28).
4. System according to claim 3, characterised in that the tightening fixing means comprise screws (9, 10, 11, 12) engaged in tapped holes of the fixing structure (4) and suitable for bearing, upon the tightening thereof, against the side walls (5, 6) of the security enclosure (3).
5. System according to claim 4, characterised in that at least some of the tapped holes are formed in lugs (13, 14, 15, 16) of the fixing structure (4).
6. System according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the objects are themselves bags for collecting securities.
