Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit einer magerlauffähigen Brennkraftmaschine mit einem in einer Abgasanlage der Brennkraftmaschine angeordneten NOX-Speicherkatalysator, wobei eine Ermittlung des Wertes einer einen Schwefelvergiftungsgrad des Katalysators charakterisierende Zustandsgröße erfolgt, sind folgende Schritte vorgesehen:

  • Bildung eines Statussignals in Abhängigkeit von dem Wert der Zustandsgröße
  • Speicherung und / oder Anzeige des Statussignals zur Einleitung einer eine passive Entschwefelung des Katalysators bewirkenden Betriebsweise der Brennkraftmaschine.
