Kedern - auszustatten und den verstärkten Kanten Haltemittel mit je einer sich von Walze zu Walze erstreckenden Auskehlung zuzuordnen. Die Auskehlungen greifen auf der ganzen Länge des sichtbaren Plakatbildes zangenartig von den Seiten her über die Keder der verstärkten Kanten. Um diesen Problemen zu begegnen, wird gemäß weiterer Erfindung vorgesehen, die Haltemittel - bei im Wesentlichen unveränderter Kederdicke - an die senkrecht zur Plakatbahnfläche gemessene Dicke der an der jeweiligen Trennlinie fest montierten Muffe anzupassen und an den der oberen und unteren Walze zugewandten Längsenden der Haltemittel Einführtrichter vorzusehen, welche die von der Plakatbahn ausgeübten Querkräfte aufnehmen. Durch die Einführtrichter wird die in der Plakatbahn wirkende Querkraft vor dem Einlauf des Keders in das jeweilige Haltemittel aufgehoben, so daß auch ein herkömmlicher Keder, der beim Einfädeln in das wegen der Muffe erweiterte Haltemittel Schwierigkeiten, z.B. durch Verkanten und Verklemmen, bereiten könnte, geradeaus in das Haltemittel geleitet wird.
