Claims (9)
- Dispositif de commande (1) d'au moins un appareil (10) activé par un courant électrique, notamment un dispositif pyrotechnique tel qu'un coussin à air de véhicule automobile, comprenant un boítier de commande (20) muni d'un connecteur femelle (22) à broches (23, 23b), un connecteur mâle (30) à douilles (31, 31a, 31b) engagé de façon amovible dans le connecteur femelle (22) par un côté avant (32) de telle sorte que les broches (23, 23b) soient chacune engagée dans une douille (31, 31a, 31b), et des moyens d'alimentation (40) du boítier de commande (20), le boítier de commande (20) comprenant un dispositif de commande (21) présentant des entrées et sorties reliées aux broches (23, 23b) du connecteur femelle (22), les moyens d'alimentation (40) du boítier de commande (20) comprenant des moyens de mise à la masse électriquement reliés à une douille de masse (31a) du connecteur mâle (30), l'appareil (10) étant électriquement relié à au moins une douille de commande (31b) du connecteur mâle (30), le connecteur mâle (30) comprenant un coffret extérieur (35) présentant une face avant ouverte (351) sur le côté avant (32) du connecteur mâle (30), les douilles (31, 31a, 31b) étant logées dans le coffret (35) et présentant chacune une extrémité ouverte (311, 311b) tournée vers la face avant ouverte (351) du coffret (35), caractérisé en ce que le coffret extérieur (35) comprend sur sa face avant au moins un volet (352) mobile entre une position d'obturation dans laquelle le volet (352) interdit l'accès à l'extrémité ouverte (311b) de la douille de commande (31b) par le côté avant (32) du connecteur mâle (30), et une position de dégagement où cet accès est possible.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coffret extérieur (35) du connecteur mâle (30) comprend des moyens de rappel élastiques du volet (352) en position d'obturation.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur femelle (22) comprend au moins un doigt (24) en saillie coopérant avec le volet (352) pour amener et maintenir ce volet (352) en position de dégagement quand le connecteur mâle (30) est engagé dans le connecteur femelle (22).
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le volet (352) est monté sur le coffret (35) pivotant autour d'une charnière (354) venue de matière avec le volet (352) et avec le coffret (35).
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la charnière (354) constitue les moyens de rappel élastiques du volet (352) en position d'obturation.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le coffret (35) est relié électrostatiquement à la douille de masse (31a).
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur mâle (30) comprend deux rangées de douilles (31, 31a, 31b) superposées, ces rangées s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale, et en ce que l'axe de pivotement du volet (352) est également longitudinal.
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la douille de commande (31b) est déportée vers l'arrière par rapport au côté avant (32) du connecteur mâle (30).
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7 en combinaison avec la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité ouverte (311b) de la douille de commande (31b) est déportée vers l'arrière par rapport au côté avant (32) du connecteur mâle (30) d'une distance suffisante pour que le volet (352) puisse basculer vers l'intérieur du connecteur mâle (30).
