Abstract

The food server consists of a tray made from moulded plastic or wood, having a series of surface recesses (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, L) for a plate, drinking glasses, eating implements and a folded napkin, all of which can be made disposable or recyclable. The underside of the tray can be fitted with a small safety strap that allows a person to keep a firm grip on it while standing and eating or drinking.

Description

The invention arises from the requirement to contain in a single element all that is necessary as equipment (reusable or disposable) for the consumption of standing meals at the occasion of buffets, receptions and parties in general.

The invention has been designed to contain as much as possible the dimensions (380 x 255 millimeters), with the main aim of being able to support the invention itself (with all the accessories) by one hand.

Indeed in so little space it is possible (according to illustration n. 3 page 1/1 of the drawings) to insert all the most commonly used devices.

The invention is supported by one hand in the central part below the plate, corresponding to the barycenter of the cabaret, to allow the exact balance.

To ensure that the cabaret born does not accidentally fall out of hand has been applied a small safety belt shown in the two views of the cabaret. [ill. n 1 (M) and ill. n 2 (N) of drawings].

You can build the cabaret in various materials, all recyclable.

The invention can find a wide response in the material stamping industry plastics and wood.

The form of the invention allows the piling up and packaging of the trays arranged one on the other, reducing congestion space.

Claims (4)

Cabaret, of contained dimensions, with housings of different shapes and dimensions for plates and saucepans, cutlery and glasses, reusable and disposable, for the consumption of a standing meal. The small seat belt, [ill. n.1 (M) and ill. n.2 (N) page 1/1 of the drawings], in wrapping the wrist of the person who holds the cabaret by his hand, allows a better stability in the cabaret itself and greater security of movement for the person holding it her hand. The cabaret thanks to its shape remains perfectly stable in balance even if it is placed on a horizontal plane, such as for example a table.
Indeed the part which is below the housing of the plate is a convex part with a flat base (ill. N 1 page 1/1 and ill. N 2 page 1/1 of the drawings), in barycentric position relative to the cabaret. Each object, which can be contained in the cabaret, has a specific accommodation, contained in the thickness of the cabaret as for the cutlery, embossed as for the accommodation of the plate or pass as for the glasses and the napkin, so that the fall is avoided (ill. n 3 page 1/1 of the drawings).
