Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren für ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere eine Geschirrspülmaschine, mit einem Feuchtesensor (10, 30) zur Erfassung des Trockengrades innerhalb eines Behälters (1) oder Luftkanals (2) des Haushaltsgerätes. Erfindungsgemäß erfaßt der Feuchtesensor (10, 30) eine an einer Erfassungsfläche (11, 32) im Innern des Behälters (1) oder des Luftkanals (2) anhaftende Feuchtigkeit. Die Feuchtigkeitsbildung auf der Erfassungsfläche ist abhängig von der Luftfeuchtigkeit im Behälter, so daß das Ende einer Trockenphase sicher und berührungslos erfaßbar ist.
