Abstract

Einem. Eckverbinder (5) zum Verbinden zweier auf Gehrung geschnittener, aus verschweißbarem Kunststoff bestehender Hohlkammerprofile (1) von Fenster o. ä. umfaßt, ein Schaftteil (6) und ein Schiebeteil (8), die gemeinsam in ein Hohlkammerprofil (1) von dessen Gehrungsfläche (2) aus in einer Einführrichtung (X) einschiebbar sind. Das Schaftteil (6) weist an seinem einen Ende eine der Gehrungsfläche (2) entsprechende Schrägfläche (9) sowie Seitenflanken (45) zur Anlage an Innenflächen des Hohlkammerprofiles (1; 4) und in einer seiner die Seitenflanken (45) des Schaftteils (6) verbindenden Seitenflächen eine Längsnut (7) auf, in der das Schiebeteil (8) sitzt, dort relativ zum Schaftteil (6) verschiebbar ist und auf seiner der Schrägfläche (9) zugewandten Seite einen Endabschnitt (12, 13) zum Aufbringen einer Verschiebekraft sowie anschließend einen Grundkörper (11) aufweist. In Einführrichtung (X) ist zumindest an einer Seite von Schiebeteil (8) oder Schaftteil (6) wenigstens ein zur Einführrichtung (X) seitlich ausspreizbares Spreizelement (15) ausgebildet, das seitlich zum Grundkörper (11) versetzt liegt und bei einer Relativbewegung des Schiebeteils (8) zum Schaftteil (6) entgegen der Einführrichtung (X) mit einem am anderen der beiden Teile (6; 8) ausgebildeten Formelement (19) zum seitlichen Ausspreizen in Wirkeingriff tritt.
