Description

DISPOSITIF DE CONDITIONNEMENT ET DE PRESENTATION DE
PRODUITS DE FORME ALLONGEE.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de conditionnement de produits de forme allongée, plus particulièrement de produits alimentaires tels que des biscuits au forme de baguette ou stick, des bretzels au sel ou bien encore des produits revêtant la forme de cigarettes.
De tels produits sont habituellement présentés dans des emballages et, pour les prélever, le consommateur introduit ses doigts à l'intérieur de l'emballage. Ce type d'emballage convient particulièrement au cas où les produits sont conditionnés dans des emballages destinés à la consommation individuelle, en général ambulatoire.
Par contre, dans le cadre d'une consommation collective, de type conviviale, il faut, pour présenter les produits, les sortir de l'emballage, les disposer dans un récipient approprié pour qu'ils puissent être aisément consommés.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de conditionnement susceptible d'assurer également la présentation des produits, de manière à ce qu'ils soient visibles des consommateurs potentiels, et qu'ils puissent être présentés de manière agréable. L'invention concerne ainsi un dispositif de conditionnement et de présentation de produits de forme allongée comportant un récipient présentant un corps et une ouverture supérieure permettant la préhension des produits caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif mobile en translation, disposé à l'intérieur du corps du récipient et présentant d'une part un plateau ayant une surface supérieure apte à recevoir une extrémité desdits produits et dont le contour externe épouse un contour interne du corps du récipient, ledit contour externe appuyant, notamment élastiquement, contre le contour interne du corps du récipient pour créer une force permettant au dispositif mobile de supporter le poids d'une charge donnée desdits produits sans se déplacer, et d'autre part une tige permettant de déplacer en translation le dispositif mobile le long dudit corps du récipient pour effacer les produits dans le corps du récipient ou pour les présenter en position déployée.
Ledit plateau peut présenter un rebord. Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux, ledit plateau présente au moins une ailette évasée vers l'extérieur du contour externe pour produire ledit appui élastique.
Il est avantageux que le contour interne du corps du récipient présente au moins une butée supérieure définissant une position haute de présentation des produits. Le dispositif présente avantageusement un couvercle pour refermer l'ouverture supérieure après utilisation.
L'invention concerne également un dispositif de conditionnement et de présentation de produits de forme allongée, comportant un récipient présentant un corps dans lequel sont disposés les produits et une ouverture supérieure permettant la préhension des produits caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif mobile en translation disposé à l'intérieur du corps du récipient et présentant d'une part un plateau ayant une surface supérieure recevant une extrémité des produits et dont le contour externe épouse un contour interne du corps du récipient, ledit contour externe appuyant, notamment élastiquement, contre le contour interne du récipient pour créer une force permettant au dispositif mobile de supporter le poids desdits produits sans se déplacer, et d'autre part une tige permettant de déplacer en translation le dispositif le long dudit corps du récipient pour effacer les produits dans le corps du récipient pour les présenter en position déployée.
Le plateau présente avantageusement un rebord. Il est particulièrement avantageux que le plateau présente au moins une ailette évasée vers l'extérieur du contour externe pour produire ledit appui élastique. II est particulièrement avantageux que le contour interne du corps du récipient présente au moins une butée supérieure définissant une position haute de présentation des produits en position déployée. Le dispositif présente éventuellement un couvercle pour refermer l'ouverture supérieure lorsque le dispositif de translation est dans une position dans laquelle les produits sont effacés dans le corps du récipient. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront mieux à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnés à titre d'exemples limitatifs, en liaison avec les dessins dans lesquels :
- la figure 1 représente un exemple de réalisation d'un dispositif selon l'invention dans lequel des produits en forme de bâtonnets sont présentés en position déployée,
- les figures 2a et 2b représentent suivant deux coupes longitudinales à 90° l'une de l'autre un mode de réalisation de l'invention dans une position où les produits sont effacés dans le corps du récipient,
- les figures 3a et 3b correspondant respectivement aux figures 2a et 2b, les produits étant cette fois en position déployée,
- les figures 4a à 4c représentent respectivement deux vues latérales à 90° l'une de l'autre et en vue de dessus une puisette mobile en translation disposée à l'intérieur du récipient pour assurer la présentation ou l'effacement des produits. Comme le montre la figure 1 , le récipient 1 présentant un corps de récipient 2, un fond 5 et un rebord 3 reçoit des produits allongés tels que des biscuits en forme de baguette ou "sticks" 30 qui sont présentés en position déployée avec un espace 31 entre eux grâce à un dispositif 10 disposé à l'intérieur de corps 2 du récipient et qui est pourvu d'une tige 18 surmontée d'un anneau de préhension 19.
Comme le montrent plus particulièrement les figures 4a à 4c, ce dispositif ou puisette 10 réalisé par exemple en matière plastique présente un panier définissant un logement 12 qui est délimité par un fond 14 formant plateau, et un bord périphérique incliné 16 s'évasant depuis la face supérieure du plateau 14, et qui est surmonté par des ailettes 17 séparées entre elles par des espaces 17' par exemple en forme de V comme représenté, ces ailettes étant légèrement évasées vers l'extérieur comme le montre plus particulièrement la figure 4c alors que, à la partie inférieure, le panier présente un contour externe 11 dont la forme épouse la forme du contour interne du corps 2 du récipient 1.
Dans ces conditions, lorsque les produits 30 sont conditionnés dans l'emballage éventuellement obturé par un couvercle 7, la puisette 10 se trouve dans sa position la plus basse, la base 11 ' de la corolle 11 reposant sur le fond 5 du corps 2 du récipient. En outre, les ailettes 17 sont déformées élastiquement pour se conformer au contour interne du corps du récipient 2 ce qui fait qu'elles assurent une force de rappel élastique qui augmente les forces de frottement nécessaires au déplacement de la puisette 10 remplie d'une charge des produits 30, pour que celle-ci puisse supporter cette charge sans se déplacer.
Comme le montrent maintenant les figures 3a et 3b, l'utilisateur peut, après enlèvement du couvercle 7, saisir l'anneau 19 et tirer vers le haut la puisette 10 jusqu'à ce que la partie supérieure des ailettes 17 vienne en butée contre deux butées 8 diamétralement opposées, ce qui définit une position supérieure dans laquelle les produits sont présentés en position déployée avec un intervalle 31 qui est plus important que l'intervalle 31 de la figure 2a. Ce déploiement s'effectue par le fait que lors de la remontée de la puisette 10, les produits situés le plus à l'extérieur tendent à s'appuyer sur le bord 3 du récipient et à s'incliner vers l'extérieur, leur extrémité inférieure 32 restant en appui sur le fond 14 de la puisette 10.
Cet effet de déploiement est d'autant plus important que le taux de remplissage en produit 30 est plus faible. Il y a donc intérêt à ce que l'emballage conditionné ne présente pas des produits 30 trop tassés, ce qui nuirait à l'effet de déploiement lors de la première utilisation.
On remarquera que la partie inférieure du logement 12 présente préférentiellement un bord externe 16 s'évasant depuis la face supérieure du fond 14 et qui permet d'éviter que les produits 30 situés le plus à l'extérieur puissent être disposés verticalement dans le dispositif. Au contraire, ce bord forme un chanfrein 16 qui impose aux produits 30 situés le plus à l'extérieur un certain angle d'inclinaison vers l'extérieur même lorsque le dispositif est dans la position représentée aux figures 2a et 2b.
Cette inclinaison sert avantageusement d'amorce au déploiement des produits vers l'extérieur, ce qui fait que l'effet d'éventail est obtenu d'une manière sûre lors du relèvement de la puisette 10.
Dans l'exemple de réalisation décrit ci-dessus, on a représenté un corps de récipient 2 de section elliptique (les coupes étant effectuées selon le grand axe et le petit axe de l'ellipse). Il va de soi que tout autre forme de récipient pourrait être mise en oeuvre par exemple circulaire, carré, rectangulaire, octogonale, hexagonale, etc.
En outre, comme le montrent les figures 3a et 3b, la force d'appui des ailettes sur le contour interne du corps 2 permet à la puisette remplie de la charge de produits 30 de rester à la position dans laquelle on l'a placée, ici la position supérieure. Il va de soi que cette force pourrait être obtenue d'autre manière par exemple en ajustant les tolérances du contour 11 et du corps 2, auquel cas on pourrait se dispenser de la mise en oeuvre d'ailettes 17. Cette solution pourrait en particulier convenir au cas de produits peu denses (produits soufflés par exemple). De la même façon, les ailettes 17 pourraient être disposées à un autre endroit que celui représenté, par exemple au niveau de la collerette 11.
D'autre part, un rappel élastique pourrait être obtenu également par des découpes définissant des lames élastiques dans le pourtour du récipient 12.
Un avantage particulier de la présence d'ailettes 17 ménagées sur tout le pourtour de la périphérie, comme représenté, est que la force d'appui créée par chaque ailette tend à rigidifier le contour interne du corps 2 du récipient 1 sur tout son pourtour. Ceci est avantageux en particulier lorsque le récipient 1 est constitué par un matériau de faible épaisseur, par exemple du carton, ce qui fait que l'emballage en position déployée garde sa forme et une rigidité suffisante même en présence d'une pleine charge de produits 30.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif de conditionnement et de présentation de produits de forme allongée comportant un récipient présentant un corps et une ouverture supérieure permettant la préhension des produits, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif mobile en translation (10) disposé à l'intérieur du corps (2) à du récipient (1 ) et présentant d'une part un plateau (14) présentant une face supérieure apte à recevoir une extrémité (32) desdits produits (30), et dont le contour externe (11 ) épouse un contour interne du corps (2) du récipient (1 ) ledit contour externe (11 ) appuyant notamment, élastiquement, contre le contour interne du corps (2) de récipient (1 ) pour créer une force permettant au dispositif mobile (10) de supporter le poids d'une charge donnée desdits produits (30) sans se déplacer, et d'autre part une tige (18) permettant de déplacer en translation le dispositif mobile le long dudit corps (2) de récipient (1), pour effacer les produits (30) dans le corps (2) du récipient (1) ou pour les présenter en position déployée.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que ledit plateau (14) présente un rebord (16, 17).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le rebord présente un bord périphérique (16) s'évasant depuis la face supérieure du plateau (14).
4. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit plateau (14) présente au moins une ailette (17) évasée vers l'extérieur du contour externe (11 ) pour produire un dit appui élastique.
5. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contour interne du corps (2) du récipient (1) présente au moins une butée supérieure (8) définissant une position haute de présentation des produits (30).
6. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une couvercle (7) pour refermer l'ouverture supérieure.
7. Dispositif de conditionnement et de présentation de produits de forme allongée, comportant un récipient présentant un corps dans lequel sont disposés les produits et une ouverture supérieure permettant la préhension des produits, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif mobile en translation (10) disposé à l'intérieur du corps (2) du récipient (1 ) et présentant d'une part un plateau (14) ayant une face supérieure recevant une extrémité (32) des produits (30) et dont le contour externe (1 1 ) épouse un contour interne du corps (2) du récipient (1 ), ledit contour externe (1 1 ) appuyant, notamment élastiquement, contre le contour interne du corps (2) du récipient (1 ) pour créer une force permettant au dispositif mobile (10) de supporter le poids desdits produits (30) sans se déplacer, et d'autre part une tige (18) permettant de déplacer en translation le dispositif le long dudit corps (2) de récipient (1 ) ou pour les présenter en position déployée.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit plateau (14) présente un rebord (16, 17).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le rebord du plateau (14) présente un bord périphérique (16) s'évasant depuis la face supérieure du plateau (14).
10. Dispositif selon une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le plateau présente au moins une ailette (17) évasée vers l'extérieur du contour externe (1 1 ) pour produire un dit appui élastique.
11. Dispositif selon une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le contour interne du corps (2) du récipient (1 ) présente au moins une butée supérieure (8) définissant une position haute de présentation des produits (30) en position déployée.
12. Dispositif selon une des revendications 7 à 1 1 , caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un couvercle (7) pour refermer l'ouverture supérieure lorsque le dispositif de translation est dans une position dans laquelle les produits (30) sont effacés dans le corps (2) du récipient (1 ).
