Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, mit welchem bei einer invasiven Gefäßoperation eine Gefäßkarte mit großer Genauigkeit bereitgestellt und der aktuellen Röntgenaufnahme zugeordnet werden kann. Die Gefäßkarte wird dabei aus einem vierdimensionalen Modell des Gefäßbaums gewonnen, das heißt aus einem räumlich-dreidimensionalen, zeitabhängigen Modell, wobei sich die Zeitabhängigkeit auf Körpereigenbewegungen wie insbesondere den Herzschlag und/oder die Atmung bezieht. Insbesondere kann der Rhythmus des Herzschlages oder der Atmung sensorisch erfasst und zur synchronen Auswahl und Darstellung des entsprechenden dreidimensionalen Gefäßmodells verwendet werden. The invention relates to a method with which a vascular map can be provided with great accuracy in an invasive vascular operation and assigned to the current x-ray image. The vascular map is obtained from a four-dimensional model of the vascular tree, that is, from a three-dimensional, time-dependent model, the time dependence relating to body movements such as, in particular, the heartbeat and / or breathing. In particular, the rhythm of the heartbeat or breathing can be sensed and used for the synchronous selection and display of the corresponding three-dimensional vessel model.
