  8. A device as defined in claim 1, characterized in that said slot-like recesses have a length such that a relevant cutting bar can be biassed in the radial direction of the shaft by the introduction of an appropriately shaped semi-rigid plastics material.
  9. A device as defined in any one of the previous claims, characterized in that the diameter of the shaft is, over at least part of its length, smaller than the diameter of the head.
  10. A device as defined in claim 9, characterized in that the head is provided in the region of one end of the shaft.
  11. A device as defined in claim 10, characterized in that the head adjoins an end face of the shaft.
  12. A device as defined in claim 11, characterized in that the end face is rounded, particularly in the edge thereof forming a transition between said face and the head.
  13. A device as defined in any one of claims 10 to 12, characterized in that the head is also rounded in the region of its end remote from said end face.
