Abstract
Bei einer Drückmaschine (100) mit Obersupport (40) und Untersupport (50), ist ein zusätzlicher Hilfssupport (30) vorgesehen, der parallel zum Obersupport (40) ausgerichtet ist und an dem ein Drückrollenhalter (20) mit Drückrolle (22) angeordnet ist. Der Hilfssupport (30) besitzt einen eigenen aktiven Antrieb (32) und einen Wegaufnehmer (34), mit dem die Verschiebung der Drückrolle (22) gegenüber dem Obersupport (40) erfassbar ist. Es erfolgt eine Verrechnung der Lageinformationen der parallelen Achsen von Hilfs- und Obersupport (30, 40), deren Summe dann in die Lageregelung bzw. -steuerung als X-Koordinate einfließt. Durch die Verknüpfung der Messwerte der parallelen Achsen von Ober- und Hilfssupport (30, 40) wird eine Überbestimmung des Systems vermieden. Die Regelungseinrichtung für die X-Koordinate erhält so stets die tatsächliche Position der Drückrolle (22), selbst wenn diese geringfügig innerhalb des Hilfssupports (30) verschoben worden ist. Über den Hilfssupport (30) kann an jeder Stelle eines Werkstücks (1) die dort vorgesehene Umformkraft der Drückrolle (22) eingeregelt werden.
