Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Steckverbinder mit einem Grundkörper, der wenigstens eine Öffnung zur Aufnahme eines Leiters aufweist, wobei zumindest eine Arretierklappe an dem Grundkörper zur Lagefixierung des zumindest einen Leiters in dem Grundkörper angeordnet ist und weiterhin Rastmittel zur Lagefixierung des Steckverbinders im eingesetzten Zustand vorgesehen sind, wobei zur Erhöhung der Kontaktanzahl und optimalen Ausnutzung des zur Verfügung stehenden Bauraumes erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen ist, daß die Rastmittel in einem den Öffnungen abgewandten Bereich an dem Grundkörper angeordnet sind.
