Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à une brosse à dents à tête double (10) possédant un manche allongé (12L, 12R) présentant une première et une seconde réduction diamétrale (13L, 13R) s'étendant à partir d'une extrémité. Un support (14) de poils est situé au niveau de l'extrémité distale de chacune des première et seconde réductions diamétrales. Une pluralité de poils (15) fait saillie à partir desdits premier et second supports de poils, disposés de manière à être sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre. Le manche allongé et les première et seconde réductions diamétrales sont composés d'une matière présentant une souplesse, une élasticité et une résistance à la flexion préétablies. Les poils possèdent une raideur préétablie qui est définie conformément à une relation préétablie tenant compte de la souplesse, de l'élasticité et de la résistance à la flexion préétablies. Une autre réalisation de ladite brosse comporte une zone de contact élastique pour le pouce (16) insérée dans une cavité (16C) formée dans le manche allongé et en saillie par rapport audit manche en un emplacement de contact avec le pouce.
