Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kraftstoffspeicher zur Speicherung von Kraftstoff für eine Einspritzvorrichtung, wobei der Kraftstoffspeicher (1) mehrere Bohrungen (2) aufweist, an denen jeweils eine erste Dichtfläche (3) zur Abdichtung des Kraftstoffspeichers nach außen ausgebildet ist. Weiterhin ist an wenigstens einer Bohrung (2) eine zweite Dichtfläche (4) ausgebildet, welche zur Abdichtung des Kraftstoffspeichers bei einer Dichtheitsprüfung verwendet wird. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Dichtheitsprüfung eines Kraftstoffspeichers.
