Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Längsschlitze (5), eine Bohrung (6) und eine zylinderförmige Aussenkontur (8) aufweisenden, Spreizhülse (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizhülse (1) zunächst mit axial verlaufenden Materialschwächungen (9) versehen wird und durch anschliessendes, im wesentlichen radiales Aufweiten, zur Bildung der Längsschlitze (5), aufgerissen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufreissen im Bereich der Materialschwächungen (9) durch eine Wärmebehandlung unterstützt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufweiten durch Einführen eines Reissdorns in die Bohrung (6) erfolgt, wobei der Aussendurchmesser des Reissdorns grösser als der Innendurchmesser, zumindest in dem mit der Materialschwächung (9) versehenen Bereich, der Bohrung (6) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenkontur (8) der Spreizhülse (1) durch Aufbringen einer, auf die Aussenkontur (8) radial nach innen wirkenden, Kraft in eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Form geformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizhülse (1) aus Kunststoff gefertigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizhülse (1) aus Metall gefertigt wird.
