Claims (17)
- Verpackungsanordnung, umfassend:- einen Metallring (20) mit der Achse X-X, der mit einem Außenrand (20E) versehen ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, auf einen Basiskörper (12) der Verpackung gefalzt zu werden, und mit einem Innenrand (20I), der im montierten Zustand eine Zugangsöffnung (22) zu der Verpackung abgrenzt, wobei der Innenrand (20I) des Rings (20) nach außen gerollt ist, und- einen Greifhenkel (26), der von dem Ring (20) gehalten wird, und der zwischen einer in den Ring (20) eingefahrenen Position und einer vorstehenden Position zum Ergreifen des Rings auffaltbar ist,- zwei Füße (34, 36), die von dem gerollten Innenrand (20I) des Rings (20) gehalten werden, und- mindestens einen Verbindungsabschnitt (28), der mit den Füßen (34, 36) durch Gelenkmittel (38, 40) verbunden ist, die eine erste Schwenkachse (A1) bestimmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die zwei Füße (34, 36) durch Falzen auf dem Ring durch den gerollten Innenrand (20I) des Rings (20) festgestellt sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifhenkel (26) einen einzigen Verbindungsabschnitt (28) aufweist, und dass die erste Schwenkachse (A1) die Achse (X-X) des Rings (20) im Wesentlichen senkrecht schneidet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifhenkel (26) einen zweiten Verbindungsabschnitt (42) aufweist, der an den Füßen (34,36) um eine zweite Anlenkachse (A2) angelenkt ist, wobei sich die erste und die zweite Achse (A1, A2) parallel zueinander und zu beiden Seiten der Achse (X-X) des Rings (20) erstrecken.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (34, 36) Stillstellabschnitte (54; 54A, 54B) aufweisen, die sich radial in das Innere ausgehend von dem Innendurchmesser des Verbindungsabschnitts (28, 42) erstrecken.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stillstellabschnitte aus einem Ring (54) gebildet sind, der einen Innendurchmesser hat, der im Wesentlichen mit dem Durchmesser des Innenrands (20I) des Rings (20) identisch ist, und einen Außendurchmesser hat, der kleiner ist als die Innenkontur des Verbindungsabschnitts (28, 42).
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (34, 36) einen Befestigungsvorsprung (56) aufweisen, der sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Achse (X-X) des Rings (20) ausgehend von der Oberfläche der Füße (34, 36) erstreckt, und dass der Innenrand (20I) des Rings (20) nach außen gerollt ist und dabei radial und axial diesen Befestigungsvorsprung (56) abdeckt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenrand (20I) eine Kante (23) aufweist, und dass diese Kante einen Teil des Befestigungsvorsprungs (56) einschneidet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsvorsprung (56) axial von dem Innenrand (20I) gefalzt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallring (20) einen zentralen Teil (20C) aufweist, der sich im Wesentlichen radial zu der Achse X-X erstreckt, und dadurch, dass sich der Innenrand (20I) ausgehend von dem zentralen Teil (20C) axial zum Äußeren der Verpackung erstreckt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (34, 36) zwischen den Innenrand (20I) und den zentralen Teil (20C) gefalzt sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (28, 42) und die Füße (34, 36) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (28, 42) und die Füße (34, 36) aus einem Stück hergestellt sind, und dass die Gelenkmittel aus einem Abschnitt mit geringerer Stärke (38, 40) gebildet sind.
- Verpackung mit einer Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:- Herstellen eines Metallrings (20) mit der Achse X-X, der einen Außenrand (20E) und einen Innenrand (20I) zur Eingrenzung einer Zugangsöffnung (12) zu der Verpackung im montierten Zustand aufweist;- Herstellen eines Greifhenkels (26), der zwei Füße (34, 36) und einen Verbindungsabschnitt aufweist, der mit den Füßen durch Gelenkmittel (38, 40) verbunden ist, die eine erste Schwenkachse (A1) bestimmen;- Platzieren des Greifhenkels (26) gegen einen Teil (20C) des Metallrings;- dann Rollen des Innenrands (20I) zu dem Teil (20C), bis der Innenrand (20I) die Füße falzt.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- man den Innenrand (20I) axial zu dem Teil (20C) rollt, bis der Innenrand (20I) die Füße (34, 36) axial falzt.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil des Metallrings (20) ein zentraler Teil (20C) ist, der sich im Wesentlichen radial in Bezug zu der Achse X-X erstreckt.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16 einer Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem von dem Anspruch 6 abhängigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Innenrand (20I) rollt, bis der Befestigungsvorsprung (56) axial gefalzt ist.
