Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of residual current protection. It affects a key switch for residual current devices and a residual current device with one Switch lock according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Residual current protected plug or installation devices such as safety plugs, safety intermediate plugs (Adapter) and safety sockets, prevent electrical accidents and Fires in electrical systems. They continuously monitor connected consumers and cut off the power supply before a fault current flows to earth can be dangerous for people, animals or things.
- a residual current circuit breaker is based on the fact that the magnetic flux of a differential current in the secondary winding of a summation current transformer one in one Wiring produces generated voltage which is above a threshold Magnetic release activated.
- a test button arrangement By pressing a test button arrangement, a by the The size of a test resistor simulates a suitably dimensioned fault current that is intact Residual current circuit breaker causes the contact arrangement to open.
- German Offenlegungsschrift DE 199 36 056 A1 describes a fault current protected Plug device shown, which combines compactness and simple manufacture. All functionally essential parts are easily accessible on a central molded part, the so-called support body. Parts of the test circuit and circuit are integrated as conductor tracks directly into the supporting body. With a safety socket it is possible, adapted to different national safety regulations and / or plug diagrams To produce variants by changing only one socket part, the actual one Residual current circuit breaker is adopted unchanged. Two switching points will be formed by a fixed and a movable contact, which with the consumer or network side are connected. The moving contact is on one attached free end of an electrically conductive leaf spring, and an insulating or Switching bridge mechanically connected to the other movable contact.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a switching lock for residual current protective devices specify which is simple, space-saving and compact. This task is accomplished by a Switch lock for residual current devices with the features of claim 1 solved.
- the residual current device inhibits in the switched-on state an anchor a driver, which in turn is a switching bridge fixed and thus keeps a switching point closed.
- the Anchor the driver free and a return spring counteracts one with a power button specified direction on the switching bridge and opens the switching point.
- the invention is now the return spring for the previous separation of the driver and switch bridge to be used, which in a predetermined by the anchor Direction. The return spring is used to do this when the device is switched on cocked by pressing a power button.
- a separate return spring for opening the switching points or separating the driver and switching bridge dispensed with and led through the switching bridge for this purpose Contact springs, which are designed in particular as leaf springs, are used. Thereby the number of required parts of the key switch is reduced, which is therefore less expensive can be produced.
- the driver and the switching bridge form a suitably inclined one or beveled adhesive surface, which deflects one in the tensioned Return spring allows stored spring force in a separating relative movement. It is therefore possible to use rollers with the driver and / or the switching bridge are connected to be waived.
- drivers and switching bridge are designed so that they are in the Do not move the switch-on process relative to each other, i.e. that the angle between sticky surface and return spring does not change.
- the switching bridge preferably moves parallel to Direction of movement of the power button and not on a segment of a circle.
- FIG. 1 shows a section of a switched off or inactive residual current device shown.
- a power button 10 and a closing spring 11 are surrounded by a first guide element 12 and in one first direction R1 movable.
- a driver 20 is at one, the upper end with the Power button 10 connected and has an S-shaped knee 21.
- the other, on average 1 hatched lower end of the driver 20 is fork-shaped and interacts with an armature 41 controlled by a magnetic release or actuator 40.
- the lower end of the driver 20 and the armature 41 are movable in a second Direction R2, which is approximately perpendicular to the first direction R1.
- a switching bridge 30 comprising a nose-shaped pawl 31 and wing 32 is switched off in one State of the device corresponding to the switch-off position shown. Only those in Section of the hatch 31 shown hatched is actually in the section plane that Wing 32 are in front or behind. Guide the wings 32 of the switching bridge 30 electrically conductive contact springs 50 shown in dashed lines.
- Movable contacts 51 which have fixed contacts, are fastened on the contact springs 50 52 together represent a switching point and in a switch-on position of the switching bridge 30 form an electrical contact between the network and the consumer.
- fixed contacts 52, magnetic trigger 40 and other, not shown, and for a circuit or components and / or conductor tracks belonging to a test circuit are on or under an electrically insulating support body 60 or a circuit board 61 fastened thereon.
- Power button 10, driver 20 and switching bridge 30 form the so-called Switch lock of the residual current switch.
- Fig. 2 the key switch is shown during the switch-on process.
- the power button 10 is pressed and the closing spring 11 is maximally tensioned or compressed.
- the anchor 41 By the anchor 41, the knee 21 of the driver 20 is pulled to the left and is now below the pawl 31 of the switching bridge 30.
- the switching bridge 30 is still in the off position, i.e. there is no connection to the consumer connections not shown Tension.
- the mains connections of the device are live, because only in this case the actuator 40 is energized and pull the armature 41 into the left position can.
- Fig. 4 finally shows the residual current circuit breaker at the moment of tripping.
- the magnetic release 40 releases the armature 41. This then moves on right, but without necessarily moving the driver 20.
- the movement, which separates the driver 20 from the switching bridge 30, could be shown with a broken line indicated, more or less in the predetermined by the movement of the armature 41
- Return spring 70 acting in the direction of R2 can be accomplished.
- a return spring connected to the switching bridge 30 for separating the driver 20 and switching bridge 30 is provided, which at the same time ensures that after said Isolation, the switching bridge 30 is moved in the direction of R1 while opening the switching point.
- the spring force of such a return spring can in principle be along any between the Direction R1 and R2 lying direction, the return spring is by the switch-on process, i.e. relaxing the stronger closing spring 11, loaded.
- the tensioned when the device is switched on Contact springs 50 the role of the return spring.
- the spring force F1 of the contact springs 50 presses the switching bridge 30 down over the support points 53.
- 3 is circled in Figure 3 by this spring force F1 the driver 20 pushed away to the right, whereupon the switching bridge 30 down can move.
- the adhesive surface 71 is not necessarily a flat surface over which driver 20 and switching bridge 30 touch and which in the sectional drawings 3 is only recognizable as an S-shaped line in projection.
- the adhesive surface 71 in the by the Directions R1 and R2 spanned plane i.e. in the sectional plane of Fig. 1-4
- one has an average inclination which lies between the two directions R1 and R2.
- Essential is also that at no point of the adhesive surface 71 said inclination is vertical to the direction of the spring force F1.
- the contact spring 50 is designed as a leaf spring, but it can be just as well can be realized by a spiral spring. It doesn't necessarily have to be itself be electrically conductive, the movable contact 51 carried by them can also via a additional, non-self-resilient conductors can be produced.
- the adhesive surface 71 respectively the surfaces of the driver and the switching bridge that form them are to be realized the required adhesive and frictional forces, especially smooth or slippery educated.
- the residual current device is either a residual current protected socket intended for permanent installation with permanent wiring of the mains connections or as a mobile residual current protected adapter. The latter is on the network side equipped with pluggable connections and especially for retrofitting existing electrical installations.
