Abstract

Le dispositif (10) est utilisé pour fixer des implants sur un os, ou dans un os. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un noyau longitudinal, plein ou creux (1) ayant un axe longitudinal (2) et une pluralité d'ailettes (3) s'étendant radialement à partir de ce noyau. Le dispositif se situe dans une enveloppe formée par un cylindre rectiligne de base circulaire de diamètre extérieur D = 2S + d et de même axe longitudinal (2), d correspondant au diamètre d'un trou éventuel (9) dans le noyau (1), et S ayant une valeur comprise entre 3 et 50 mm. Dans un plan (6) orthogonal à l'axe longitudinal (2), le rapport Aa/AI entre la portion de surface extérieure Aa se situant dans l'anneau de cercle (7), en tant que différence des cercles qui sont concentriques à l'axe longitudinal (2), de diamètres D = 2S + d et dI = S + d, et la portion de surface intérieure AI de la surface transversale A = Aa + AI de l'implant dans la partie de transmission de force du profil, en tant que différence entre les cercles qui sont concentriques à l'axe longitudinal (2) de diamètres dI et d, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (2) du dispositif, s'élève au moins à 3 :1. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de minimiser les dommages du périoste et de la structure spongieuse et d'obtenir un meilleur ancrage de l'implant dans l'os.
