Claims (10)
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants, comprenant une poignée (3) pour tenir le briquet et un tube d'allumage (1) s'étendant vers l'extérieur, dans lequel une chambre de gaz liquéfié (6) et son unité formant soupape (63) ainsi qu'une unité piézoélectrique (9) sont prévues dans la poignée et une gâchette d'allumage est insérée dans la position ventrale de la poignée (3) et est exposée depuis la poignée, et un dispositif de sécurité étant prévu à l'intérieur de la poignée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend ce qui suit :un cadre mobile (8) situé sous la gâchette d'allumage (4) et au-dessus d'un levier (62) de l'unité formant soupape (63), comprenant une partie formant barre verticale (81) et une partie formant barre transversale (82) qui sont intégrées, l'extrémité supérieure de la partie formant barre verticale (81) étant à proximité de la paroi supérieure de la gâchette d'allumage (4) et l'extrémité inférieure étant à proximité de l'extrémité libre (62a) du levier (62), et la pointe distale de l'extrémité de tête (82a) de la partie formant barre transversale (82) est relativement mince et s'épaissit dans une direction vers l'arrière de ladite pointe distale, et dans sa position naturelle, la partie plus mince de la tête de la partie formant barre transversale est serrée entre le capot piézoélectrique (91) de l'unité piézoélectrique (9) et la partie saillante (42) de la gâchette d'allumage (4), de sorte que la course du cadre mobile susmentionné (8) est légèrement plus petite que la course d'allumage piézoélectrique du capot piézoélectrique (91) par lequel l'unité piézoélectrique pourrait être allumée ;une partie d'actionnement mobile qui déplace le cadre mobile ci-dessus (8) vers l'unité piézoélectrique (9), entraînée par la main d'une personne, poussant ainsi ladite partie plus épaisse de ladite extrémité de tête (82a) de ladite partie formant barre transversale (82) entre ledit capot (91) et ladite partie saillante (42), ladite partie d'actionnement étant exposée partiellement à l'extérieur d'un trou d'installation (32) dans ladite poignée,un ressort de compression (7) qui est disposé entre l'extrémité supérieure de la partie formant barre verticale (81) et la paroi latérale intérieure de la gâchette d'allumage (4) de façon à maintenir le cadre mobile (8) dans la position arrière dans sa position naturelle.
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite partie d'actionnement mobile est un bouton-poussoir (51) situé sur le dos de la poignée, dont la partie de tête appuie contre l'extrémité arrière de la partie formant barre transversale (82) du cadre mobile (8), son extrémité arrière étant exposée à l'extérieur dudit trou d'installation (32).
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite partie d'actionnement mobile est un bouton-poussoir (51) qui est situé sur le dos de la poignée (3) et est mobile dans une direction vers le haut et vers le bas en correspondance à la poignée, dont l'extrémité de tête (52a) comporte un renfoncement central qui est destiné à appuyer contre l'extrémité arrière de la partie formant barre transversale (82) du cadre mobile (8), et l'extrémité arrière du bouton-poussoir étant exposée à l'extérieur du trou d'installation (32) correspondant à la poignée, et il y a une variation progressive entre ladite partie de renfoncement central et la partie saillante voisine, le bouton-poussoir (51) entraîne la partie formant barre transversale du cadre mobile vers l'avant pendant qu'il est déplacé vers le haut et vers le bas.
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite partie d'actionnement mobile est un bouton-poussoir (53) qui est situé sur le côté de la poignée (3) et est mobile dans la direction vers la gauche et vers la droite en correspondance à la poignée, dont l'extrémité de tête est un montant saillant (53a) à l'intérieur de la poignée et est située derrière la partie formant barre verticale (81) du cadre mobile (8), qui entraîne la partie formant barre verticale vers l'avant, et l'extrémité arrière du bouton-poussoir étant exposée à l'extérieur du trou d'installation correspondant à la poignée.
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite partie d'actionnement mobile est l'extrémité supérieure de la partie formant barre verticale (81) du cadre mobile (8) qui s'étend à l'extérieur de l'extrémité supérieure de ladite gâchette d'allumage (4).
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel ladite poignée est équipée d'une butée saillante (33) sur sa paroi intérieure dans une position correspondant au dessous (44) de la gâchette d'allumage, et la distance entre eux est légèrement inférieure à la course d'allumage piézoélectrique du capot piézoélectrique (91) de l'unité piézoélectrique (9) par lequel l'unité piézoélectrique pourrait être allumée.
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel deux petites saillies (41, 45) sont prévues sur la paroi intérieure de ladite gâchette d'allumage (4) dans une position correspondant au dos de la partie formant barre transversale dudit cadre mobile (8) pour former un canal de guidage.
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le levier (62) de ladite unité formant soupape de gaz (63) comporte un renfoncement dirigé vers le bas dans une position correspondant à l'extrémité inférieure de la partie formant barre verticale (81) dudit cadre mobile (8).
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel une courte partie formant barre transversale (83) est prévue sur le côté de la barre verticale (81), ledit côté étant éloigné de l'unité piézoélectrique (9) pour s'étendre parallèlement à la barre transversale (82), un montant saillant (83a) est prévu sous l'extrémité arrière de la courte barre transversale, et une butée (34) est prévue sur la paroi intérieure de la poignée dans une position correspondante, de sorte qu'à l'état d'allumage, ce montant (83a) vient en contact avec la butée (34), verrouillant le cadre mobile (8) en position fixe sans recul.
- Briquet à l'épreuve des enfants selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel un montant saillant (81b) est prévu sur la partie formant barre verticale (81) dudit cadre mobile, du côté opposé au ressort de compression (7), ledit ressort est fixé sur ledit montant saillant (81b).
