Abstract

Le fluide réfrigérant circule dans l'évaporateur en six passes, les deux premières passes étant définies par des trajets élémentaires en U reliant des premier et second espaces collecteurs (21, 22) et les deux passes suivantes par des trajets élémentaires en U reliant un troisième espace collecteur (23) communiquant avec le second espace collecteur (22) et un quatrième espace collecteur (24) séparé du premier espace collecteur (21) par une cloison (17). Selon l'invention, un insert de transition (27) ramène le fluide du quatrième espace collecteur (24) dans un cinquième espace collecteur (25) aligné avec les second et troisième espaces collecteurs (22, 23), d'où il parvient, par l'intermédiaire de trajets élémentaires en U définissant les deux dernières passes, à un sixième espace collecteur (26) aligné avec les premier et quatrième espaces collecteurs (21, 24). Ainsi, le fluide réfrigérant circule dans le même sens que le flux d'air (F1) à refroidir de la première à la seconde passe, et en sens contraire (F2) de la troisième à la quatrième passe et de la cinquième à la sixième passe. Il en résulte une amélioration de la puissance frigorifique et de l'homogénéité de la température de l'air refroidi.
