  1. Tilting device for a gatherable slatted blind with a winding drum (14) transfixed by a winding and tilting shaft (12),

    with a tapered groove (22) on the circumference of the winding drum (14) which guides with frictional connection a ring segment (30) of matching tapered cross-section on which a tilting means (26) for supporting and tilting the slats (29) is hung,
    [with] a first fixed stop (32) in the tapered groove (22) against which the ring segment (30) abuts during lowering of the blind, with release of the frictional connection of the ring segment (30) in the dosed position of the slats (29),
    [with] a second fixed stop (34) in the tapered groove (22) against which the ring segment (30) abuts during raising of the blind, with release of the frictional connection of the ring segment (30) in the open position of the slats (29),
    [and with] a first pawl (60) lowerable into the tapered groove (22) that traps the ring segment (30) in an intermediate position between the open and closed positions of the slats (29) during lowering of the blind,
    characterized by a second pawl (70) lowerable into the tapered groove that traps the ring segment (30) in an intermediate position between the open and closed positions of the slats (29) during raising of the blind,
    by two cam discs (40, 50) mounted rotatably on the shaft (12) which lower or raise the pawls (60, 70) depending on their position,
    [and] by a control element (80) which is arranged in an axial slot (17) running through the tapered groove (22) in the winding drum (14) and assumes a rest position in the axial slot (17) so long as the draw tape (18) is wound over the axial slot (17); but in a lowered blind position, when the draw tape (18) uncovers the axial slot (17), the control element (80) moves radially out of the axial slot (17) into an active position in which upon further rotation of the shaft (12) it shifts the first and/or second cam discs (40, 50) through predetermined setting angles and actuates the two pawls (60, 70) controlling the ring segment (30).
  2. Tilting device according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that when the axial slot (17) is uncovered, the control element (80) slips radially into circumferential recesses (42, 52) in the first and second cam discs (40, 50) and, after a predetermined first overrun angle with downwards rotation, shifts the first cam disc (40) through a predetermined first setting angle until the second pawl (70) drops into the tapered groove (22) and locks the ring segment (30) against upwards rotation.
  3. Tilting device according to Claim 2,
    characterized in that upon further downwards rotation of the winding shaft (12), the control element (80) shifts the first and second cam discs (40, 50), [and] upon an ensuing upwards movement traverses a predetermined second overrun angle and then resets the first cam disc (40) by a a predetermined setting angle, thus lifting the first and second pawls (60, 62 [sic]) out of the tapered groove (22).
  4. Tilting device according to Claim 3,
    characterized in that upon a renewed downwards movement the first pawl (60) stays unlatched until the ring segment (30) running freely under the first pawl (60) abuts against the first fixed stop (32), and in that upon further downwards rotation during which the blind reaches its lower, dosed, end position, the control element (80) shifts both cam discs (40, 50) until both pawls (60, 70) drop back into the tapered groove (22).
  5. Tilting device according to [any] one [of the] preceding claims,
    characterized in that the first pawl (60) has a sloping lifting flank (61) towards the second stop (34), against which the ring segment (30), coming from the first stop (32) during an upwards movement, abuts, so that the first pawl (60) is pushed out of the tapered groove (22) and allows the ring segment (30) to pass under it.
  6. Tilting device according to Claim 5,
    characterized in that upon further upwards movement, the control element (80) shifts the first cam disc (40), which lifts the second pawl (62) out of the tapered groove (22).
  7. Tilting device according to Claim 5 or Claim 6,
    characterized in that upon the further upwards movement, the ring segment (30) abuts against the second fixed stop (32) and the control element (80) restores both cam discs (40, 50) to their initial position, and in that upon further upwards movement, the draw tape (18) plunges the control element (80) into its rest position in the axial slot (15 [sic]) of the shaft [sic] (14).
  8. Tilting device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the control element (80) emerges from the bottom of the annular groove (16) into the active position under spring preloading as soon as the draw element (18) is unwound and releases the control element (80).
  9. Tilting device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that both cam discs (40, 50) are rotatably mounted adjacent to the winding drum (14) on a bearing sleeve (15) fixedly connected to the shaft (12) and/or winding drum (14), in that the axial slot (17) extends in the axial direction of the shaft (12) through the annular groove (16) in the co-rotating winding drum (14) and through the adjacent co-rotating bearing sleeve (15), and in that the free end of the control element (80) extends under the control cams (40. 50) within the axial slot (17).
  10. Tilting device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the cam discs (40, 50) have cam notches or bumps (44, 54) that lower the two pawls (60, 70) into the tapered groove (22) or lift them out of the tapered groove (22).
