- la figure 1 est un schéma électrique d'un contacteur associé à un module de pré-câblage et à un bornier servant à assurer la fonction de démarrage à deux vitesses d'un moteur;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective du contacteur, du module de pré-câblage et du bornier associés, tels que schématisés sur la figure 1;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe schématique montrant le montage du module de pré-câblage entre deux contacteurs ;
- la figure 4 est une vue éclatée du module de pré-câblage;
- la figure 5 est une vue de détail des conducteurs électriques logés à l'intérieur du module illustré à la figure 4.
Claims (9)
- Appareillage électrique de démarrage d'un moteur comprenant un module de pré-câblage puissance (6) se branchant sur les bornes puissance d'un contacteur (5), caractérisé par le fait que le module de pré-câblage (6) permet de relier trois bornes de puissance (2T1, 4T2, 6T3) aux bornes du contacteur (5) lequel est de type tétrapolaire et possède un conducteur (9) traversant supplémentaire connecté au dit module et qu'un bornier (7) se raccorde aux bornes puissance du contacteur tétrapolaire et au conducteur (9) traversant supplémentaire.
- Appareillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le contacteur tétrapolaire (5) est du type à deux pôles (P1, P4) normalement ouverts et deux pôles (P2, P3) normalement fermés, la ligne de courant supplémentaire (9) étant raccordée au module (6) et au bornier (5).
- Appareillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le module de pré-câblage (6) assure l'interconnexion puissance entre le contacteur (5) et un autre contacteur (8) dans un ensemble de départ-moteur à deux vitesses.
- Appareillage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que le module de pré-câblage (6) comprend trois pièces conductrices (61, 62, 63) se terminant par des fiches aptes à se brancher dans les bornes de puissance des contacteurs (5, 8) de manière à les interconnecter.
- Appareillage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que le module de pré-câblage (6) comporte une pièce conductrice (61) se raccordant à la borne (2T1) du contacteur associé (8) et par un connecteur (61b) au conducteur supplémentaire (9) et deux pièces conductrices (62, 63) se raccordant chacune à une borne du contacteur associé (8) et à deux bornes du contacteur tétrapolaire (5).
- Appareillage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que le module de pré-câblage (6) comprend un boítier isolant (64) qui loge et maintient les différentes pièces conductrices (61, 62 et 63) et s'étend sensiblement sur la largeur des contacteurs.
- Appareillage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces conductrices (61, 62, 63) présentent des fiches (61a, 62a, 62b, 62c, 63a, 63b, 63c) qui sortent parallèlement du boítier isolant de manière à pouvoir être engagées par glissement dans des bornes élastiques (51, 81) avec mise en pression de ressorts.
- Appareillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le module de pré-câblage (6) présente une tirette (65) servant à l'extraction.
- Appareillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le bornier (7) comporte, dans un boítier, un conducteur (71) relié au conducteur (9) supplémentaire et à deux bornes de sortie (W1, W2) et des conducteurs (72, 73, 74) reliant chacun une borne puissance du contacteur tétrapolaire à une borne de sortie (U1, V1, U2, V2).
