Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for degassing heating or cooling installations, in which water, oil or water with additives to freeze it prevent, is used for heat transfer. From EP 0'856'135 B1 is a method and an apparatus for degassing a liquid in a substantially closed system of a plant known. According to this patent, by means of a circulation pump taken from the substantially closed system to be degassed liquid, by means of a shut-off valve approximately in the form of a solenoid valve in a degassing is sucked in, flows into the underside of these and also flows out through an outlet in the bottom and afterwards through the circulation pump the closed system via a check valve is fed again. In the degassing tank, a cylindrical, standing and top dome-shaped closed container degassing takes place by the vacuum built up therein by the circulation pump. To a negative pressure to generate, is the current in the liquid circulation in circulation pump the degassing interrupted by closing a shut-off valve. The Circulating pump is turned off at certain time intervals for a short time to to vent them. By reopening the solenoid valve, the pressure increases Degassing tank slightly above the atmospheric pressure on and thereby becomes the gas excreted above the liquid level at a reduced pressure upwards over a valve unit at the upper end of the degassing tank in the environment pushed out. It's called the flushing process. After a maximum of 30 Seconds closes the solenoid valve again. To prevent liquid Too fast in the venting unit at the top of the degassing tank is a chicane below the corresponding valve unit in Degassing installed, which must be flowed around by the gas. The Degassing is operated continuously as cycle proceeds cycle. The Circulation pump itself is arranged by means of a separate, on her Degassed degassing vessel. This proves to be important, and this is all 4 until 10 minutes turned off the circulation pump for a few seconds, causing the Pressure in the degassing vessel rises and ejected the collected gases become. Without this degassing of the circulation pump their safe operation would not be guaranteed, because she would run dry. From the feed-back line behind the Circulation pump leads from a line to the top of the Entgasungsbehälters, wherein the line opens via a spray nozzle. Through this Injection of already degassed liquid in the degassing is achieved by the spray effect a very large additional degassing. That too degassing water is whirled up and the spray effect is generated from the nozzle additionally an enlarged water surface. Thus, by these two Effects releases the gases bound in the medium. This degassing process In the vacuum is always the same length as the rinse. When the flushing process medium, the medium flows out of the system very quickly Degassing and the previously released gases are via the deaerator pushed out.
This degassing causes due to their large Entgasungsgefässvolumens from 8 to 12 liters content not insignificant pressure fluctuations in the otherwise closed circulation system of a system, for example a heating system, which are very undesirable. The minimum size of the degassing tank such a plant when using an integrated pressure holding station is about 4 liters. Because the liquid supply into the degassing vessel intermittently takes place, valves are also required, which sometimes pressure shocks and cause flow noise in the fluid circuit. In case of leaking Check valve on the breather is sucked back gas, resulting in wrong Gas measurements leads. Furthermore, the operation of this device has to be ongoing be regulated and controlled, that is, it must be the circulation pump on and be switched off and valves must be opened and closed, What does it all with a corresponding amount of control and Control devices must be accomplished.
For the gas measurement and the control of the device based thereon often a system is used in which after the breather Check valve is installed to suck in air in the vacuum phase prevent. After the check valve, an aperture is installed. Between the Aperture and the check valve branches off a departure, where an adjustable Pressure switch is mounted in the mbar range. This entire unit is on highest point of the degassing container. Will now gas from the degassing tank ejected, so created before the aperture a minimal back pressure, until gas escapes into the atmosphere. This pressure is from the pressure switch registered and processed in an electronic system. Is after a certain time the Gas exhaust is too low, the device is switched off for 24 hours and then it starts to measure again. Will the check valve leaking, which is easily done can, as soon as condensate is expelled with the gas, so is too much Gas measured and the device stops shutting off. After this system can the rest worked only with a minimum degassing of 2 liters become. Since in an even smaller degassing too small amounts Gas can be eliminated, the pressure switch could no longer register. But the larger the degassing tank, the larger the Pressure fluctuations in the system, which arise in the vacuum phase. These Fluctuations must be recovered with additional equipment.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a device for degassing liquids in a closed or open circuit to provide which the same degassing performance as the above-described Device with a much smaller degassing yields without Regulatory organs in the intake and the pressure line manages, so no solenoid valves, no pressure control valves, no throttle valves or orifices or baffles requires and with which a certain maximum gas content very easy and is certainly sustainable. Not least, it is also an object of the invention, a to provide such device for degassing of liquids that constructive easier and therefore less expensive to manufacture, and the one increased Operational safety and service life guaranteed.
This object is achieved by a device for degassing liquids in a closed or open circuit, consisting of a Degassing tank with a supply line and a breather and subsequent thereto Gas line and a circulation pump for suction of medium via a suction nozzle from the lower region of the degassing tank and Feeding back into the cycle, which is characterized by being the only one Supply line from the circuit to the degassing tank consists of a line, in the upper half of the degassing via an injector nozzle in the Inside flows, and the gas pipe in an associated water tank adjacent to the top of a vertically movably mounted float empties.

In diesem
erfolgen hat.FIG. 1 shows the essential elements of the device for its operation.

überschüssiges Wasser über das Überströmrohr 15 nach draussen.FIG. 3 shows a plan drawing of the device according to the diagram

von links her gesehen. Man sieht also den zylindrischen Entgasungsbehälter 1
Entlüfter 4 ausgeschieden.FIG. 4 shows a view of the
By this efficient degassing is only a negative pressure in the container of
-0.2 to -0.5 bar needed and still it will be an excellent outgassing
reached. The pressure values for the operation are at the Druckeinstellschraube 25th
adjustable. That the operation of this device only with very little
Suppressing, additionally brings the advantage that the
The
In Figure 5, the detailed structure of the
vermeiden.The gas-carrying
The operation of this apparatus will now be explained in detail
and explains. The
The version with automatic water supply is a connecting cable

With this system of the gas guidance it does not matter whether in case of a
