Description
The invention is based on one Fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine according to the preamble of claim 1.
The
Vom Kanal 54 des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils 12 zweigt eine
Verbindung 56 zum Steuerdruckraum 52 ab. Die
Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung weist ein nahe der
Kraftstoffpumpe 10 angeordnetes erstes Steuerventil 60 auf,
das beispielsweise in die Kraftstoffpumpe 10 integriert sein
kann. Durch das erste Steuerventil 60 wird eine Verbindung
59 des Pumpenarbeitsraums 22 der Kraftstoffpumpe 10 mit
einem Entlastungsraum gesteuert, als der zumindest mittelbar
der Kraftstoffvorratsbehälter 24 dienen kann. Die Verbindung
59 zweigt stromabwärts des Rückschlagventils 25 von der
Leitung 14 ab.One branches off from

66 gesteuert. Die Steuerung der Steuerventile 60,68 durch
die Steuereinrichtung 66 erfolgt abhängig von
Betriebsparametern der Brennkraftmaschine, wie
beispielsweise Drehzahl, Last und Temperatur. To control the pressure in the
Es ist außerdem ein drittes Steuerventil 74 vorgesehen,
durch das eine weitere Verbindung 75 des Pumpenarbeitsraums
22 mit einem Entlastungsraum gesteuert wird, als der
wiederum der Kraftstoffvorratsbehälter 24 dienen kann. In
der Verbindung 75 ist ein zum Kraftstoffvorratsbehälter 24
hin öffnendes Druckbegrenzungsventil 76 angeordnet. Das
Druckbegrenzungsventil 76 weist beispielsweise ein durch
eine Schließfeder 77 belastetes Ventilglied 78 auf, das
gegen die Kraft der Schließfeder 77 zum
Kraftstoffvorratsbehälter 24 hin in Öffnungsrichtung
Entlastungsraum 24 getrennt. A
Das erste Steuerventil 60 und das dritte Steuerventil 74
werden vorzugsweise durch einen gemeinsamen durch die
Steuereinrichtung 66 elektrisch angesteuerten Aktor 80
gesteuert.
Aktordruckraum 82 in seiner geschlossenen Stellung. The
verbleibt in seiner geöffneten Stellung.
The function of
Fuel injector explained. During the suction stroke of the
bezeichneten Einspritzphase. In Figure 2, the course of the pressure p on the
To complete the pre-injection, the
Druckbegrenzungsventil 76 vorgegebene Druck aufbaut. Die
Haupteinspritzung beginnt dann mit einem Druckniveau wie
auch die Voreinspritzung erfolgt ist. Die Haupteinspritzung
beginnt bei geschlossenem drittem Steuerventil 74 mit einem
höheren Druckniveau als bei zunächst geöffnetem drittem
Steuerventil 74.
For a subsequent main injection, the second one
To finish the main injection, the second one
Die Nacheinspritzung erfolgt mit einem Druckverlauf
entsprechend dem Profil des Nockens 20. Zur Beendigung der
Nacheinspritzung wird das zweite Steuerventil 68 durch die
Steuereinrichtung 66 geschlossen und/oder das erste
Steuerventil 60 durch die Steuereinrichtung 66 geöffnet. Die
Nacheinspritzung entspricht einer in Figur 2 mit III
bezeichneten Einspritzphase. The post-injection takes place with a pressure curve
