L'invention concerne un ensemble goulotte (8) destiné à des bouteilles, composé d'un manchon (10) pouvant être logé de manière fixe dans le goulot de bouteille (4), et d'une goulotte (20) s'étendant au travers du manchon et pouvant coulisser dans le manchon vers une position d'extension en saillie à l'extérieur du goulot de bouteille pour faciliter le déversage du contenu de la bouteille, ou vers une position rétractée à l'intérieur du goulot lorsque la bouteille est fermée par un bouchon.
