Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ventil (1) zum Steuern von Flüssigkeiten mit einem Piezoaktor (2) und einem hydraulischen Übersetzer (3). Der hydraulische Übersetzer (3) besteht aus einem ersten Kolben (4), einem zweiten Kolben (5) und einem zwischen den beiden Kolben angeordneten, mit Fluid gefüllten Druckraum (6). Weiter ist ein Steuerventil (15) und eine Befüllvorrichtung (11, 12) zum Ersetzen des durch Leckage bedingten Fluidverlusts im Druckraum (6) vorgesehen. Die Befüllvorrichtung weist einen mit Fluid gefüllten Befüllraum (11) auf und Leckverluste im Druckraum (6) werden bei einer Rückstellbewegung des hydraulischen Übersetzers (3) aufgrund einer durch den ersten Kolben (4) mittelbar oder unmittelbar erzeugten Verdrängungswirkung im Befüllraum (11) durch Fluid aus dem Befüllraum (11) ersetzt. The invention relates to a valve (1) for controlling liquids with a piezo actuator (2) and a hydraulic booster (3). The hydraulic intensifier (3) consists of a first piston (4), a second piston (5) and a pressure chamber (6), which is arranged between the two pistons and is filled with fluid. A control valve (15) and a filling device (11, 12) are also provided to replace the fluid loss in the pressure chamber (6) caused by leakage. The filling device has a filling space (11) filled with fluid and leakage losses in the pressure space (6) are caused by fluid during a return movement of the hydraulic translator (3) due to a displacement effect in the filling space (11), generated directly or indirectly by the first piston (4) from the filling chamber (11) replaced.
