Description
Claims (5)
- Boggie, notamment pour wagon de transport de marchandises, présentant un évidement dans une poutre de sa structure, cet évidement étant bordé par deux éléments de semelle entre lesquels une entretoise (5d) de section droite sensiblement en forme de U assure la liaison angulaire de ces deux éléments de semelle (5a,5c), caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise est constituée d'un matériau de nature différente de celle des autres éléments (5a,5c) de la semelle (5) avec lesquels elle est reliée, de façon que sa résistance à la fatigue maximale soit représentée sur la courbe (a) exprimant la variation des contraintes dynamiques en fonction des contraintes moyennes pour un métal considéré, par un point situé (A) à l'intérieur de ladite courbe (a).
- Boggie suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des branches de l'entretoise a une épaisseur plus faible que celle des éléments de semelle (5a,5d) auxquels elle est raccordée.
- Boggie suivant la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de ladite branche est de l'ordre de 0,8 fois celle desdits éléments.
- Boggie suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison entre les branches et lesdits éléments se situe en dehors des zones de contrainte de fatigue importantes.
- Boggie suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la liaison de l'entretoise avec les éléments (5a,5c) de la semelle (5) est réalisée de façon que leurs parties externes se trouvent alignées et les variations d'épaisseur se manifestent sur l'intérieur des éléments et de l'entretoise.
