Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
There are known many fluid feeders of bag type in the domain of the corresponding industry. Among them are complicated electronic devices, soap systems, which use flexible bags not able to be refilled, with the advantage of maintaining the product hermetically sealed, so hindering its contamination, also compounded suppliers provided with valves supplying soap to the user by pressure means, but anyone has the disadvantage of including relative complicated components, to offer measured doses and to guarantee the permanent closing of the dispenser opening while the device is not used. This may cause that if any of the parts fail, the natural performance of the device will be obtruded.
US-A-5,806,717 discloses a device comprising a flexible soap bag for soft soap having an integrated measuring valve formed by an injector body, a container cabinet as dispenser, and a supplier for the bag, wherein the injector chamber is formed by a tubular element being sealed in the lower part of the bag. When this injector chamber is pressed, it sends the soap contained in the injector chamber towards the exit, which opens letting the soap out, after which it closes automatically once the pressure is removed. A compressor in the dispenser's cover, when pressed, squeezes the tubular device, which forms an injector chamber, against the back, forcing the soap contained in the injector chamber to exit. When the compressor is released, the injector chamber sucks in, closing the exit seal and refilling soap from the bag.
The present invention solves a problem which has become in the practice, namely, that when the bag outlet is inserted in the guide, this operation is difficult for the flexibility of the material, of which the bag is made. By the improvements of the invention, if the bag has orifices for the placement in the container in a different position, to the disposition of the hooks, which are on the soap box base, the bag can not be placed by other side in the soap box, existing the advantage of other variant of the guide with a groove in its middle part, very easily, firstly one side of the outlet of the bag is inserted in the guide, and afterwards the other side is inserted, so that the outlet is guaranty fixed with facility.
Moreover, the invention allows the production of a bag for liquid soap at a very reasonable price, including a pressure device as principal element and also a supplier, being easy to install, of economical price and exact operation, what follows from an uniform measure, it has an automatic seal, so that as soon is no more pressure on the injection chamber, the seal is closed, being unnecessary other accessories.
The improvements of the present invention allow the possibility of handling different designs bags with their corresponding design of the interior of the container, so that a specific design could be assigned exclusively to a type of product, as a different design of the bag can not be used in a container (soap box) not corresponding with the design of the bag. The confusions are avoided by this system, it is to mean, to use an inadequate product for the wanted use or necessity. Also, this system allows to supply a specific design to a client, such that he remains protected against anybody could sell the same product with similar soapboxes, as the bags of that user could not be put in a like soap box.
In this manner, with the present invention, is guaranteed the placement of the right product in the corresponding soap box and it is much simplified the operation to put de outlet of the bag in the guide.
These and other advantages of the present invention will be evident to the technician in the Art with the lecture and study of the description and drawings, is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the shown examples.
