Definitions
- US-A-5,806,717 discloses a device comprising a flexible soap bag for soft soap having an integrated measuring valve formed by an injector body, a container cabinet as dispenser, and a supplier for the bag, wherein the injector chamber is formed by a tubular element being sealed in the lower part of the bag.
- the injector chamber When this injector chamber is pressed, it sends the soap contained in the injector chamber towards the exit, which opens letting the soap out, after which it closes automatically once the pressure is removed.
- a compressor in the dispenser's cover when pressed, squeezes the tubular device, which forms an injector chamber, against the back, forcing the soap contained in the injector chamber to exit. When the compressor is released, the injector chamber sucks in, closing the exit seal and refilling soap from the bag.
- the present invention solves a problem which has become in the practice, namely, that when the bag outlet is inserted in the guide, this operation is difficult for the flexibility of the material, of which the bag is made.
- the improvements of the invention if the bag has orifices for the placement in the container in a different position, to the disposition of the hooks, which are on the soap box base, the bag can not be placed by other side in the soap box, existing the advantage of other variant of the guide with a groove in its middle part, very easily, firstly one side of the outlet of the bag is inserted in the guide, and afterwards the other side is inserted, so that the outlet is guaranty fixed with facility.
- the invention allows the production of a bag for liquid soap at a very reasonable price, including a pressure device as principal element and also a supplier, being easy to install, of economical price and exact operation, what follows from an uniform measure, it has an automatic seal, so that as soon is no more pressure on the injection chamber, the seal is closed, being unnecessary other accessories.
- the improvements of the present invention allow the possibility of handling different designs bags with their corresponding design of the interior of the container, so that a specific design could be assigned exclusively to a type of product, as a different design of the bag can not be used in a container (soap box) not corresponding with the design of the bag.
- This confusions are avoided by this system, it is to mean, to use an inadequate product for the wanted use or necessity.
- this system allows to supply a specific design to a client, such that he remains protected against anybody could sell the same product with similar soapboxes, as the bags of that user could not be put in a like soap box.
- the present invention contains in combination a body (1) made basically of a flexible material, which has been built sealing two planar elements (1A and 1B) by means of two inferior partial seals (2A and 2B), and side seals (3); a inlet (4) through which the bag (1) is filled to be sealed afterwards by a superior seal (1C), the bag holds between its planar elements (1A and 1B) an injection chamber (7) who is mainly a tubular device, by example a plastic hose, made of an elastic material which could be plastic or rubber, able to come back to its original form, though it had been compressed periodically; said injection chamber (7) is placed with its inlet (7A) in communication with the bag outlet (5) and so with the bag interior, where the soap (6) is deposited in a liquid state, the inferior end (7C) of the injection chamber becomes an outlet (7B) which discharges at the supply seal (8), so that when the injection chamber is compressed (7) by means of the pusher (9), which has a form and means adequate to press firstly the outlet (5) of the bag
- a guide (25) has been provided, built by two sections (26), each fixed at the back (24), building a unique piece with the back, both sections (26) with their ends form a groove (27) throughout can be inserted the outlet of the bag (1) in their interior (28) of the guide (25) very easily, inserting the outlet (5) in the groove (27).
- the tubular device of the injection chamber (7) When the pusher (9) is again free, the tubular device of the injection chamber (7), following its recuperation capacity, returns to its original form, closing the supply seal (8) by the suction done joining its walls (8d) and so the tubular device refills with the soap (6) of the bag (1), soap (6) which will stay in the interior of the injection chamber (7) until the new pressure of the pusher builds a pressure on the injection chamber (7) to repeat the exit cycle above described.
- the supply seal (8) is only built by the union of the planar elements (1A and 1B) by means of the partial seals (2A and 2B), which allow that the supply seal (8) opens when the pressurized soap (6) exits and closes by the effect of a fold (8E) formed between the elements (1A and 1B) following the structure formed by the partial seals forming the cavity of the injection chamber (7).
- each bag has 4 orifices (12), 2 in the upper part and 2 in the under part, whose position corresponds precisely with the location of the orifices (12) of the bag (see Figures 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,18), the orifices are in alignment with the holding hooks (11A) which are located in the base (11) of the container, which must be of the type on which the bag (1) will be placed, as being other the fall, the bag could not be placed in a base (11) different of the adequate, so is guaranteed that there will be no fail, and the product (soap) put in the soap box will be of the type needed for this soap container, for example, in a workshop will be used a soap with the proper characteristics to wash the mechanics hands, while in a dressing room for ladies surely there will be put a bag with the quality of soap suitable for ladies.
- the cabinet (10) is built from two principal bodies, the base (11) and the cover (15) united by means of an axle (16) which forms the integral part of the cover (15) inserting in the base orifices (17), allowing anaxial turn in such a manner that the cover (15) could be open and closed over the base.
- the base (11) is provided with a bolt (18) at its upper end, having in the cover (15) interior face (19) a hook (20), that is urged against the bolt (18), hooking and remaining so till a new aperture.
- the pusher (9) is mounted in the lower middle part (21) of the cover (15) being fastened at the cover (15) by means of an elastic element (22), which allows its function as is pushed and returns to the original position, as the pressure is released.
- the injector chamber is subject to pressure by means of the pusher (9)
- the bag outlet (5) is first pushed against the butt (23) following the injection chamber (7) against the back (24) urging the soap filled in the interior only towards the supply seal (8) which in turn will be open and will allow the soap (6) to flow out through its outlet.
- the pusher (9) is released, the injection chamber (7) due to its ability of recovery returns to its original form, closing the supply seal (8) by the suction which has been created and also filling itself with a new dose of the soap (6) of the bag (1).
